I see Jayne answered my question upthread.
Yesterday was a good day. Morning brunch with ladies from the church then coffee with my cancer ladies friends in the afternoon. Sadly, one of them died since our last gathering. She was a bright light and fighter. She had ovarian cancer and was supposedly on death's door when I met her four years ago. She was diagnosed with metastatic ovarian cancer 8 years ago and was only supposed to live a few months after that diagnosis. She sure showed them.
Her daughter, son and grandson joined us yesterday. It was awesome to meet them and to share stories about her.
