I'm really enjoying the rain currently!
No more smokey smell in the house. We're both going to be more careful with the windows during this period. Luckily with the AC the windows in the bedroom never got touched.
I feel a little congested, but that should clear up, it's normal for me to feel like this for a while in the morning after being around anything that could trigger my allergies the day before.
busy doing the things that need doing-all bags are unpacked today and have started repacking-yard work awaits when it is cooler-but would rather be sewing and reading!
Ahhhh! I am beyond frustrated trying to get things set up with the hospital. I have the doctor. The IV clinic won't deal with blood. The day clinic is too busy. I never actually spoke to anyone with HPT while there. No one is picking up right now, left a message. Fingers crossed something will happen. When I had called they just made it sound like I needed a doctor - I did that. Worked hard for it too. Called around, I was told my GP should be doing that work. When there's no list, I can't expect my GP to just phone nearby clinics like I did though.
This system creates way too much work for both the doctors and the patients.
Does your place feel like home yet, as opposed to a place to live? I'm intrigued because it seems to take different people different amounts of time to see where they are living as a home as opposed to a place where they happen to be livingNot sure if there is Ogopogo in Kelowna. There is an Ogopaogo statue in water park in Vernon.
There is good news too - today Canada approved a new med. It's only for attacks (not just advertising, like my current drug is, but actually only for attacks). It is subcutaneous, so much easier than an IV. I don't know if I will be using this any time soon, I'm doing well on what I have, and preventing is better than just treating attacks. It's nice to know that option is now available though, and if I need it I can get it ASAP, no waiting for approval with the Special Access Program.
Darn it!!! I've still got a lot of living to do. I'm not ready to sit in the recliner chair all day - although it does look inviting.I have friends who are still active in their late eighties or their nineties.
I was thinking of this one, in city parkNot sure if there is Ogopogo in Kelowna. There is an Ogopaogo statue in water park in Vernon.
unless things have changed in the past years, of course :3Oh I bet the kids love that one in the park. Are they allowed to play on it?
