I'm feeling pretty good tonight!
I went to my first ever Zumba class

This really isn't the best workout for me right now. Maybe it's partially location, I think the floor was pretty hard. Shortly into it, my arches were quite bad off. I actually took a break to cool my feet on the cold floor to prevent swelling and stretch them out

I had so much fun though, and my feet aching was probably a good thing, as it's really easy for me to overdo it and not notice until well afterwards. My sore feet made me cheat/mark (thanks dance training for knowing how do this!) a large marjority of the footwork. It was very much high impact, while just shuffling/doing the arms, moving my hips, etc.
I don't know if this will be good for me. I'll give it another go when I can exercise more frequently and maybe with older orthotics.
I overdid it, I had a ton of pain shortly after due to a wisdom tooth. I think this might be HAE related, but an Aleve took care of it instead of starting an IV. All the pain I feel now is related to exercise and not illness. It feels soooo good, as at this point it's minor. Ask me tomorrow

I also had a (large) glass of wine, which really helps my muscles relax, probably why I'm rambling slightly
After determining the province's supervised health exercise programs do not in fact exist at the moment, I have found two offered in association with clinics. (PCN = primary care networks, an association of doctor's clinics, a semi-newish thing here I think. My GP's office is in one mostly outside my area although they are close, they have one, the other is for my area). I'll find out about the one on Monday - I need a referral, and the description is vague and it's more personalized with group and/or individual classes. The second is a specific group program, and is on a break for the summer, but I could start in September.
My current plan is to see what I can do with these PCN programs and do a bit of dance that I used to do. I'd also like to do more Zumba, as well as some of the other classes offered by the company I tried out today, but that will come later.
I hope everyone else is well!
@crazyheart I hope a group of people can get a chainsaw or something for the cleanup. Keep the large pieces of wood! At a former house I lived in, the occupants left wood that was from tree(s) cut down in the yard. My parents moved it to their current home and it lasted many years. Good firewood is expensive!
