I just didn't notice a change of decade with every turn. I haven't been all that much though, just once in the last few years and more times when I was fairly young. The one I saw in Ottawa (or maybe we had crossed the border to Quebec, can't recall for sure) had a very obvious difference when you moved, it seemed to fit that description. It's very different than Fort Edmonton Park, all indoors.I think it was Fort Edmonton Park we saw.
P3 - great to see you!
Oh pinga - I find those early meetings brutal - I'm so NOT a morning person!! It's very infrequent I have to go to one that early, and I'm grateful for that small blessing![]()
My friend's husband watches his but mine was like the others said - go in, take a pill, wake up 30 minutes later, have some juice, get told results and go home and well....fart.Well - my mom said that last time she had one done her doctor showed her the whole... er... video.
Arrrgh. The Canadian Museum of Civilization (which was called the Museum of Man when I was a kid) is now called the Canadian Museum of History - it seems the Harper government needs to rename everything in this area. Two major roads were renamed this year and the museum - it's really getting out of hand oh, and a building after Jim Flaherty. They also changed the museum - they took away much of the Aboriginal components - I haven't been to see the changes. It's just so sad. And the Museum of Science and Technology is literally falling down (it's closed right now) and there's no real money to fix it (i.e., build an actual building) because we waste it on this type of nonsense (I'm a little bitter)I just didn't notice a change of decade with every turn. ETA - I think it was the Canadian Museum of Civilization. I was confused when trying to search, it has a new name now and I was there more recently than Fort Ed!
