The roof on my garage is calling out for some attention - just saying - can I get in line? I'll need to provide close supervision so my gardens don't get damaged ... or something like that ...

If you can push an Aussie and a prairie gal out of the way -go for it.
Otherwise, you'll have to get in line, Carolla. (But being a polite Canuck lining up wouldn't be a problem for you - just sayin'!)

Had my appointment with Trial person and with Dr. - Radiation Oncologist

He said he was pleased with what I am doing that I wasn't doing a week ago.

He does not see me again until end of august. -Blood and CTScan. He said he felt very good with my progress.

Now if the itch would go. Sill taking infant reactine. works but I would like to find cause.

Now that the doctor is satisfied with your progress - I'll inform the roofer.
If anyone can cure your itch, I've a feeling it will be the roofer. ;)

Excellent news! :)

Crazyheart, Ifeel for you when you say that you itch. If can drive a person crazy. I know better, but I usually scratch. A friend's daughter, who happens to be a pharmacist suggested that instead of scratching a person should simply rub the spot applying as much pressure as feels comfortable.

Cancer clinic phoned and the trial nurse said that she discussed the itch with my oncologist

and he will discuss wit me. he said lung cancer can cause itch. anyone know anything about

this.

Yes - various kinds of cancer - and lung is one of them - that can be associated with itchiness. They're not fully sure what causes it - possible reaction to the chemo drugs & or radiation, possibly the cancer itself releasing toxins that the body responds to, possibly other bits of metabolism being out of what due to the illness of cancer, could be some other unrelated thing that's going on concurrently ... complicated. Seems like a simple thing, but actually I think itchiness is one of the most challenging things to sometimes trace to source! Glad to hear the infant reactine is working well for you - my advice would be just keep using what works & don't worry about it!

Now back to my garage roof conundrum .... who to call, who to call ...
