The Covid-19 pandemic Orders under Dr. Hinshaw were found to be ultra vires (ie. illegally enacted) under section 29 of the Public Health Act in that the final decision makers were the cabinet and committees of cabinet, rather than Dr. Hinshaw or one of her statutorily authorized delegates.
The thing is pointing a vector in the directions the powers dislike!

Did anyone notice the far right pulled off a bait n switch with Covid?They seized the opportunity. A power move. It used to be the left, and even centre left that was skeptical of big pharma, not necessarily into naturopathy but definitely into yoga and healthy living. Gwenyth’s goop and all that stuff. Again this is the problem with centrism. Mainstream centrists sleep walk the masses into whatever direction the powerful want the masses to go. That’s the “free market” in action. People don’t pay attention. In my humble opinion. But they’re the mainstream - so they claim superiority over fringe opinions while they let the powerful harm the marginalized. Yet the far right has even gotten into the mainstream media so they aren’t superior opinions they’re predetermined. Because mainstream “consumers” are insulated from a lot of the harms - for now - so they can.
Anyway, now the far right is onto holistic health (fits well with misuse of Darwinism and natural selection which has been the basis for a lot of deadly bigotry), the hippies have been zombified, and most people to the left of centre trust the state with healthcare decisions even in its current condition - not looking at how we’re all being played, including healthcare providers, by the top down corporate aholes - and support MAiD expansion. The religious right says they’re against it for religious reasons but they’ve lost relevance to the centre mostly - and they’d still capitulate to the political right if it comes down money for social programs - the centre left think it’s a freedom of choice issue (but if they thought hard enough they’d realize it’s not), and the fascist far right is just cackling a sinister laugh in the background because they’ve got everybody by the you know whats. It really really sucks what’s going on these days - Covid chaos created a vacuum for that to happen. And they used the comfortable centre, as well as the politically naive and undereducated, to divide and shift power to the fascists.
It was a real pandemic. It wasn’t planned. But powerful opportunists did take advantage of it.

And if something like that was planned… it’s not according to the current conspiracy theorists narrative. That’s a massive distraction and it’s the greedy powerful who are more likely to have planned that distraction! I hate being so alone in this but I see what’s going on.
It does support the concept of the unconscious mind which is denied by those believing they are right into sentient! It is a dark art ... if you didn't already know it ...

So, why would you say that? There are certain conditions to get an organ transplant, because there are not enough organ transplants. Would you give a transplant lung to someone who smokes?
You are not a transplant specialist, are you? So how do you judge the risks and conditions necessary for a transplant?
I get annoyed by people who think they can judge everything without actually having any knowledge and then turn around and say there rights have been violated. Even worse to compare it to totalitarian regime which minimizes the horror of that time. The Supreme court doesn’t have to deal with every little anti-vaxxer who thinks he has a right to everything.
It is a sad story that she died, but it was her who made a choice.

My dentist was using UV sterilizers in his rooms during the pandemic. Haven't been recently to see if they are still in place. Don't recall my doc using more than masks, though.
