Bad humbug, had a bit of a headache all day, feeling a bit wonky. GI acted up a bit but that happens still.

I just had the delightful pleasure of vomiting. Hoping it was a 24 hr thing that is almost over or just something that I ate.

Grumble, grumble. Says my mind

Rumble, Rumble says my gut.
Sorry to hear :( Pinga. I had a bad headache today too. Was in bed ___| just about all day. Also vomited a few times. Hope we each get better soon :)

Tell a' phatic illnesses or just weal's to the well? Thus around the bug goes ... Pasteur suspected small things as the cause ... yet still we ignore the lesser things ... like spots of thought ... dark things to the emotional ... like sand in the apparatus at the beach!

The Celts called these Silkies that called men ashore from the fishing about ... or the expression about being called home from the field of life of struggling things ... a battle?

Does the Sound of Silence threaten some states of mind ? Stop and listen to everything ... God isn't it beautiful out there ... a manifestation of peace ... but it isn't if you look deeply into some of the violent nebulae ...

Pinga, Jae, and anyone else who might be feeling under the weather - I hope it is (was) the 24 hour thingie and that you are feeling better soon. An upset stomach is 'the pits'.

Seelerman had a good night, rested comfortably. Feels good enough he's threatened to go out and scoop the snow (light, fluffy, but quite a bit) that was dumped last night. I won't let him. Seelergirl has already phoned that she and Pete will be around to look after it after work.

It looks like another day to tackle some de-cluttering and/or jigsaw puzzle.

Ordering parts in a religious way???? Some say an intensive effort .... mys ister said last night she was going to kill my spouse for the jigsaw puzzle presented to her for Christmas ... a real curse she said ... some people are encapsulated by such enigmas ... and I wonder whose to be kilt or die in the effort of putting such things together.

A man told me yesterday he doesn't wish the mystery solved ... mystery amuses him while stuck in physical space ...

Thus it goes on if you are not using cares when wishing/thinking/contemplating things poorly understood like life its elf ... and words all about unknown that you may dialogue or have intercourse with ... in darkness we are directed to converse ... for God's representatives forbid our speaking in their presents ... for fear of authoritative learning ... and thus the darkness of powers ... or some say the dark power of d'arth, or de arth when turned ... causing centripetal forces allowing separation of the heavies from levity!

Imagine what may come out of an encounter in the night ...

Thanks Seeler. Last night I was feeling about 60% and was finally able to keep some food down. This morning I'm at about 70%.

@Pinga - Hope you're feeling better today too.

Props to you Seeler for not letting Seelerman attack the white stuff *

So glad to hear that Seelerman (and therefore you) are doing better. How good of Seelergirl to phone early and let you know she will clear snow. Nice!

Sorry to hear you were under the weather, Pr. Jae. Sounds like you had it worse than me.

I was at the dental hygienist yesterday, then worked all day. Fell asleep on the couch early last evening, and woke up feeling worse before I went to bed.

I dont' feel bad today. Just had breakfast and having morning coffee. I'm pretty health these days, so hoping I dumped whatever it was quickly (and didnt' share)

In other news, nice storm for the East -- how much snow do you have Seeler?
We finally are white outside here, with cold days. I love it. Much nicer for letting the dog out as well.

Healing cyber waves heading towards all the 'sickies'. There seems to be something tummy related going around my community too. I had a day of dragging around doing the essentials. My partner spent a day resting and sleeping in his rocker recliner. Today a trip was planned to checkout a fabric sale in a nearby city - but that is off as my friend has a tummy bug. Get well everybody, whether it is a bug or post medical procedure.

My partner has a meeting today and will be taking off with our shared wheels so I'm basically a homebody now I'm not hunting fabrics. Sounds like an excuse to do some quilting!

at jae A bad headache and vomiting could be a migraine That what happens when I get one
Pinga- remeber to be a bit easy on yourself and dont try to power through
Seeler-yes so soon after surgery I am glad seelerman is waiting

I see on last post that it was a migraine Jae. In someways that is easier as vomiting stops when headache ends and its not contagious.

Thanks Pinga. My mom told Yobo yesterday, "There's an old saying in English - 'It never rains but it pours.'" Yesterday I was sick, my middle son had a root canal so he was popping ibuprofen for the pain, and Yobo's brake light came on suggesting that there's something wrong with our car. :(

Yesterday my mom and Yobo wanted to help me and I kept thinking, "No, don't come near! Don't come near! Wait a minute... I'm not contagious." :D

Bette is recovering somewhere from a surgery. Many pre sick, post sick.

I am glad it is bypassing me. Feeling for all of you.

I'm still safe from sickness so far. My husband had a quick bug on New Year's Day, but I even managed to avoid that.
Well wishes for all who are not as lucky!

Stand your ground Seeler!! Doing too much too soon is very tempting - and can be dangerous! Slow and steady wins the race post-op!

There are some nasty gastro bugs getting passed around at present - frequent handwashing for all! For these bugs, soap & water is better than hand sanitizer (sing the "alphabet song" so you know you've worked at it long enough - most people do not). And sick people - STAY HOME!!
