It is just Ka Fine ... as a stimulant to raise one from the normalized one third ... unconscious portion of life?

Fine against wake ... some never go there ... WOKE being demanded by God's as off limits ... stupid anima is easier directed in a slaughterhouse quintessence ... and this relation goes down as the 6th! Shaff Tye ... the cross beam can knock all sense awry ... an ostler's expression ... if it lets go under strain someone will get damaged ...

Good morning. We finally have an appointment with husband's family doctor. He's been to many specialists over the last few months but they have suggested that they ask his family doctor to make some referrals, tests and prescriptions. His 'family doctor' is a retired fellow who is helping out by working two days a week...so it took a very long time to get in to see him. I'm almost nervous about this appointment. Last time we saw him, he said: Why are you here? (He had requested it as a follow up) and You look like a very healthy man (just after a stage 4 cancer diagnosis and this doctor having done the office version of prostate exam the day before everything fell apart, declaring...all is well with the prostate). People say that the family doctor is the 'quarterback' of the health care system when you are dealing with multiple doctors. gulp.

@Nancy , that sounds like a difficult spot to be in with your guy's health. In my experience, family docs vary a LOT. Maybe the systems vary too - my specialists write prescriptions, order tests etc as needed. Our family doc seems well educated, careful and caring. Needless to say it is hard to get an appointment with him!

I always respond that it likely isn't good to look like a cancer patient. Sheesh. Good luck with the apartment.

I was going to go to a knitting group this morning. I looked out the window when I heard the ferry horn. It's snowing. We're under another snowfall warning. I'm staying home. I feel like we're back in the north. We're warm and cozy here.

I haven't even met my new family doctor; fortunately, I don't care. My old doctor retired, new doctor took over practice, promptly went on mat leave, for which old doc is subbing. Never see the doctor, anyway; I adore my nurse-practitioner and she is uber competent, not to mention kind and friendly. Nancy, good luck with the appointment.

We're under a "mess" warning for later in the day. Mixtures of precipitations promising treacherous roads, etc. I can't elect to stay home, as I'm working this afternoon and first thing tomorrow, but it's not far, so I should be fine; I can always, in fact, walk. I am simply lazy, and have too sore a back at the end of standing for 5 hours to really want to walk up the hill home.

My current family doctor also only does it a few days a week. So far I have only seen her once. Seems to be a fairly common thing now although she is practicing medicine outside of family medicine too. She at least seemed good. 4 meet and greats before her were not successful. Should be easier to get a decent family doctor!

Good luck with the appointment!

Got news this afternoon that my my Mom's baby sister, my Auntie Marg, passed away peacefully at her home this morning with her family surrounding her. She was 84, so good innings, and the cancer prognosis to death was like less than a month; if you have to go, that's not awful. But still, only two now of Mom's sibs, the older is 92 and frail although mentally competent, the other is 91 and has dementia, but both are still in their homes with lots of help, family and NHS.

But s**t, she was the author of three missives to me every year, birthday, Easter and Christmas. They were long rambling letters that were sometimes fanciful, sometimes a bit confusing, but always conveying a total sense of her way of being in the world - careful, gentle, methodical, loved gardening. She was famously, in our family, the "careful" one. If there was four of you to have a cuppa at her place, there'd be four biscuits on a plate. Then my cuz would tease her, and she'd bring out the packet. I will miss her. RIP, Margaret, you are reunited finally with your Ted.

Auntie Marg sounds like a treasure. Sorry for your loss @BetteTheRed.

Today's doctor's appointment went better than expected...The doctor took his time, was very thorough and listened to my husband's many concerns. Then, tests and prescriptions were given. I was happy but my husband wasn't...He often has an expectation that is not necessarily reasonable...like expecting an answer and a cure provided immediately. I am happy for the tests and suggestions...and hopeful that they lead to some relief for his current difficulties.

Good to hear there was a drastic improvement. Sounds like he looked at the info on file this time, plus maybe some memory from earlier.

I got outside for a bit this afternoon. Was alone on the lake and on the property more generally it was just staff until closer to when I was leaving. Nice day I was a bit surprised no one brought young kids, especially after the cold last week.

Good Morning! For doctor appointments that go well, for the loss of beloved family members, for time spent on the outdoors, for weather warnings and events, for all the other stuff that makes up life, we are here to discuss, rejoice and/or commiserate, and support. And, of course, for hot beverages. All is ready, come on in.

There are conditions imposed that drive me indoors ... that innate setting!

There we sometimes gather to gossip about mankind's authenticity ... as a vast layout ... much disconnected, disseminated or dissocialized as powerful anonymous sorts discourage believe in gatherings as tumultuous ... mankind prefers conflict and only sol prefers to gather intelligence ... thus vast divides as can be divined in observation! Individual sparks of intelligence are only fallout and fallacy ... illogical on earth! Extravagant individualism?

It all has its in san out ages ... including those a bit off ... insanity is relative ... even experts on neuro-psyche inquisition are unsure and suffer uncertainty compared to pious determinates stuck on some point!

Could be the dynamic situation of God as ideals remain there for powers to corrupt ... so God moves on ... that's life and levity!

Some claim this Tobias a really weird item if not queer ... like a two spirit in ancient script ... Eli Jah and its shadow (Eli Çha)? Verily Cat ... IOnic? These work with Acetylcholine as ACh to cause sparks to jump the synapsis ... that shocking sense of aroused? ACh may be classed as anachronism related to metaphor! The way some thoughts are rendered ... some dispose of them as idiopathy! The pain of learning ...

There are many that are pious about not learning ... thus naivete proceeds and we lose it! The study of humanity will drive you right out of it ... strange love, that is! Thus one gives up as limited ... a mortal condition?

We're helping our neighbours move their fifth wheel to a dealer an hour south of us. The roads are crap for pulling a trailer because of the snow. We're above zero now and getting up 5 and sunny today so hopefully it will be fine by the time we leave.

Above zero here too. I find it easier to walk outside on those colder days when the sidewalks are hard-packed. But...not complaining, really. The air has that fresh hope-for-spring quality.

I shovelled snow earlier today, but couldn't now

Waiting to speak to NP or GP. Meds I received on Friday didn't fully do the job and I am sitting here aching and shivering.

I had called 4hrs earlier was awaiting a call back, but with each hour symptoms get worse.

Proactively called again and appt this afternoon.

Frick I hate these things

gosh @JayneWonders - sounds like a nasty fever. I know pharmacists recently got more ability to prescribe for 'simple' ailments - I think UTI on that list - perhaps they could help more expeditiously?

Lots of fresh snow with a stiff breeze here. Many sections of the snowshoe trails were invisible snow was level with our second step before I shovelled it. At least ten cm so far and about another five hours before it is supposed to quit. Roads are a mess. Our fireplace is fixed. Dead batteries in the receiver for the remote were the issue. Now I know enough to fix it myself in the future.

I called the pharmacist last week. They have protocols too. He is hesitant due to my past history. Great pharmacist but I understand his hesitation
