I've had that type before, but in my family cheeseballs are a dessert, usually just for Christmas but I have done them for other things. Cream cheese, coconut and chopped cherries rolled into bitesized balls and covered in graham cracker crumbs.One Christmas associated thing I haven't seen mentioned yet is cheese balls,, a globe of soft cheese coated with finely chopped walnuts, used as a spread for crackers. Anyone else remember those?
