The online health system is down for maintenance for patients. I think they missed doing the tests that my hematologist ordered, as I haven't gotten any notification for any of his that the results are up. Will have to call about that tomorrow if I can't get info, hopefully I can just see online soon.
 
If it was possible to get it together ... some power would tear it apart to demonstrate who was greater. It may appear to some of us that putting down of the other ... maybe be communicable as a negative feedback.

It supports the denial system or what in some traditions comes across as an unconscious mind ... when mental process is lost because of extreme negative functions ... the mental process may revert and go home to wherever it originated.

It is my fiction ... assists my understanding of the greatest naivete! It is just how it goes from my position ... in observing actions ... expect reactions ---some scientist or observer of things denied!
 
There is an old adage that one should encourage all our resources be used well in effable fashion ... yet the opposite is used to support liminable functions. Guess which stands out with the greatest effect ...

People fight to be the greatest ... especially those with destructive pathologies ... you can't name these things! The comeback is vicious ... makes a lot of folks very uncertain ... thus grand unknowns ... a dark and mysterious study! Like a shadow of psychology in a story ...

Jung felt these demonstrated archetypes ... Freud preferred wild emotional behaviour. What if these are equivalent unknowns ... go ponder that!

When I worked in health care I was taught to chart ALL contact with patients and ALL interactions on their behalf. It was often very brief, as you say. But I know a retired RN who worked in a program where they received many follow-up calls from patients and there was simply no time to write all those notes.

Bring on the electronic charting!

I was as well. Nurses play such an important role. And my interaction with the nurses last week was a classic reason to chart even brief notes. They would have been able to sort out the issue quicker and would have not caused the customer unnecessary suffering.
 
Good morning! Let us raise our mugs/ cups today to a toast to nurses and other medical professionals, who are undergoing stresses and strains most of us can't even imagine.

Yes - let's definitely remember the medical professionals - and also EVERYONE who works in a hospital - and there are so very many more than docs & nurses - the cleaning staff; the laundry staff; those who prepare & deliver meals to patients (and staff); lab staff; diagnostic imaging; switchboard & unit clerks answering endless phone calls from worried relatives; respiratory techs who are essential to those on respirators & 02; IT folks who keep systems running; those in procurement who work tirelessly to ensure supplies are on hand; hospital pharmacists; porters; maintenance staff (plumbers, electricians etc); morgue attendants; and of course - chaplains who support patients, families & staff too. There are so many people who do 'invisible' jobs without whom the system would definitely collapse - too many to list - and isn't that always the challenge with lists - we will most certainly miss some people! Gratitude to all, this day and every day. And thank you for the steady coffee supply Redbaron!

I'll say it for the good ones. They are some where based on my experience they don't really seem to do much. I get mistakes happen, but some just seem totally incompetent or else don't put in any effort. Minority for sure, but enough to come across more than just 1.
 
I'm confused, all the tests that one doctor ordered are posted (hard copy req), none from the other (online req). The requisitions aren't listed online any more though - so it looks like those were processed as being done. Seems odd that all of one set of tests are completed and not the other.
With everyone being so busy at this point in time I don't want to call just to check right now. Hopefully if I give it a full week they will all show up.

Good idea to just give it a bit of time.
 
Just announced, imaging and bloodwork is to be deferred unless required for treatment.
I'm guessing my MRI is out if this is still going on - too far out at this point I guess, but I think it's going to be bumped even if it would be allowed.
Bloodwork I'm going to have to check in with someone, which I don't even know the best contact for, but will figure that out.
