For my next one, perhaps, if there is a next one. Current one isn't that old and may last me until we sell this place. After, I imagine we'll go for a condo or similar that requires less maintenance.
 
Ugh, not having a great time with tea.
Chemguy knocked over a tin of the stuff. Some of it was still in there. Some fell into an infuser that had been used - and I had already planned to stick in the dishwasher because I saw him the evening before not handling raw chicken very carefully beside it. He wasn't listening to me and dumped all the tea he spilled into the tin. This was 'my' tea - bought on a trip right after my birthday where he also spent more money on tea for himself than the tea we were getting for my birthday, his tea is stuff that I don't really go into unless we're splitting one that's been steeped. So why he was getting into mine instead of his I do not know.
I've been him on weeks to replace it. There's one close to work, he's let 2 coupons expire.
He woke me up this morning by calling me from the landline (and therefore knowing I have to get out of bed, the morning after I went to the gym) to tell me it's discontinued and not available. I spent a fair bit of money online on tea today, hopefully it actually gets sent!

Rest of the day was less frustrating :)
Went out to a greenhouse a bit out of the way. Never been there before, it was interesting, residential area and their house was right behind the greenhouse. Plants were quite expensive. I did get the last of what I wanted for potatoes though.
On the way home quite a few bikes and motorcycles on the highway. We made a comment about how neither of us would feels safe doing either. Then some ambulances drove heading out of the city, I said something about being out of the city is not the best place to have an emergency - longer time to hospital etc. We end up coming to a stop, it looked like one of the motorcyclists who had passed us about a minute ago had gone off the road, motorcycle in pieces, the ambulances driving in the other direction were behind, they had flipped around as soon as they could to be on the road in the correct direction. This spring it has been bad for motorcyclists, hopefully this guy will recover but it looked bad.

I generally never put milk or sugar in tea. I have done it on occasion with a bad orange pekoe but that's exceptional. Partly just because I like the taste of a good, properly brewed tea, partly because I drink a lot of flavoured teas (Earl Grey, Lemon) and East Asian teas like green and oolong that don't take milk and sugar.

Nosey me.....just want to let you know about a secret tea paradise in Paris (Ontario). My favourite is Queen Elizabeth blend.

Haven't actually been to Paris in a while. Now I am thinking a visit is due. :cool:

Tonight I am drinking The Skinny from David's. A blend of oolong and pu'erh teas with ginger and eleuthero.
 
If you're looking for tea you've come to the right place. Our collection of tea may be limited but you can always bring your own. Along with lemon wedges, lime juice, or what have you. Mean while the coffee is brewed. Indulge and enjoy.

Tetley is great...my usual cuppa. I could never afford QE daily and wouldn't want to get tired of it anyway.
I just enjoy the $5 luxury. All too soon my sense of taste will diminish, and I won't be able to discern the difference between my tea and hot, milky dishwater.

Cold & rainy here. Went to the doc - bones are a bit worse, kidneys are better, yes those are small warts on my finger .... oh the joys of aging!
Church meeting this afternoon - should be 'interesting' & I'm trying to go slowly and keep an open mind and open heart.
