Hopefully it's something that can be sorted out quickly Greywolf. I have popcorn and beer if you just want to sit and relax for a bit.

Could use some thoughts and prayers for the BFs family right now. His Sister is in the hospital heavily sedated as they try to figure out why her seizures (which are usually controllable) are coming non-stop all weekend. She had one last 20min on Sunday night but was luckily in hospital already. And his mom unformed us yesterday that she found a lump under one breast and is going in to the hospital next week for a battery of tests. Having a really tough few days here.
Definitely praying for his sister. As an epileptic, I know what seizures can be like. Praying for all of you who are supporting her too. May God bring comfort, healing, and strength at this time.

Sitting quietly, working on the puzzzle, and sharing Greywolf's worry for her bf's family. Help yourself to the muffins; the coffee is freshly made and hot.
steaedy raain today - a good day to stay inside.

We've endured hot weather in NB for a weeek or so. Rain last night, a bit cooler today; more rain predicted and a cooleer day again tomorrow. Good!
Two more months of hot weather to live through.
Is it hotter in NB this year than usual Seeler? I feel like visiting the north shore later this summer.

I wouldn't call it hotter than usual. NB a;ways is too hot for me in summer. But on the north shore you may find ocean breezes to modify the temperature. In the interior the prevailing breezes are from the west - a continental climate.

after a week of damp and rainy weather our heat is back.20 here at 830. and only 2 days of work until summer vacation.

Looks like I'll be taking the train down. Either that, or hopping the megabus from Toronto to Rochester, meeting up with sister Mae and her kids who are coming from Texas, and then travelling down to NB in their minivan. :)

I've taken that train (Montreal to Halifax (geting off at Merimichi or Moncton for me) many times. It's an easy over-night trip. I especially like having breakfast in the dining car while rushing down the Madapedia valley in the early morning.

Yah it is the Purr Diem perspective ... allows collection of thoughts on nature ... and how we rush through ID!

Oblivious ... and then there are those that believe not in OBI and other human tendencies towards somnolence in things we are related and connected to for our mere survival ... and they believe these things too, should be conquered!

Not a clue about who is possessed with ontology and human NDs ... our dark subconscious ID?

That primal power is a mystery in the virtue domain ... virtually out there ...

You're right Seeler, it's a great trip, and one I too have taken often. My stop is Jacquet River. Eating in the dining car is great. I too enjoy the breakfast, and eating supper the night before. The one thing I don't like about that train the way it's set up now is the change (years ago) from the old sleeping cars with their berths and roomettes to the newer ones with their more-expensive sleeping cabins.

Never had the money for a berth, but I found the seats in the Day-Nighter to be quite comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping on a moving train.

It used to be that, depending on what time of year you travelled, the berths were sometimes actually cheaper than the daynighters.
