My oldest son worked a vaccination clinic yesterday.
I am getting lots of friends saying they got an appointment next week.
I signed up at shoppers to get one.

We didn't. The dog had a nice swim. There were people swimming in it in the summer.

Thank you for the delicious cup of coffee this morning. I am distracting myself from the snow coming down outside by checking my puter and drinking coffee. Distraction is doubly needed as several family members await Covid test results and a daughter prepares to head off to her cruise ship!!

Meanwhile - I'm test baking some recipes here for a fundraising cookbook. Today I'm baking a "Blueberries and Cream Coffee Cake" - it all went well & I popped it into the oven. THEN I noticed the blueberries were still on the counter! So I'll just leave a bit of blueberry-free cake here when it comes out of the oven!

We've been telling ourselves that there is always lots going on - just sometimes they are easier things to think about. So far we have coped with everything we needed to cope with!

Sorry you wasted your time and ingredients making blueberry cake without blueberries! Easy thing to do - but impossible to totally fix I guess.

No final results yet - they seem to get the Positives returned faster than the Negatives. So we are somewhat hopeful.

I would suggest making blueberries into a warm sauce to top it with plus add the cream...
