Good morning, Redbaron.
It's a beautiful day, but still a bit damp and chilly. I just start a little fire in the fireplace to burn off the dampness.
We will have to let it die down before noon, because it is close to get warmer in the sunshine.

I've been waiting for a good day to wash my sheets and air dry. There is not much breeze but I will hang them out anyway.

Lovely here. Sunny and not at all hot. A bit windy for my tastes, but I won't be biking until evening anyhow. Working right now.

I enjoyed the cool today. I am predicting an awful summer dealing with my skin. My forearms are quite badly scarred-looking at the moment, so I've actually been try to comply with the immune suppressant med, which makes me photosensitive, BUT a heat rash often starts a patch, so I look for light long sleeved shirts for work, and I've got my sister constructing me a couple of "gauzy" outfits so I can be outside during the day to mow the lawn, etc.

The phototherapy is still working super well from me. Still some stubborn patches on my legs & a few mosquito bites lead to scratching which hasn't helped. My eyes also flare up a bit, but they don't get the phototherapy treatment as I wear goggles. Still, just clearing up most of it has helped manage that well.

Are you using calceurin inhibitors? I'm messing around with two right now.
Just protopic, that was the one that made me extremely itchy although it worked. With how much of my body was affected, I was using it on my face and spot treated a few areas (I should actually maybe do the few stubborn spots on my legs now). On top of the itchiness I just felt really unwell when using it, but I was feeling awful then anyway so it may have been the sleeping issues with how itchy I was that caused that. I much prefer phototherapy - my biggest complaint is just having to go to the clinic for it. I'm currently fairly pink too, I find that happens in the evenings the day of treatment and mostly fades by morning. No lotion can be used beforehand, so going out without it when my skin was bad was uncomfortable but I would just slather it on as soon as I was home. Now it's not an issues - sometimes my skin gets a bit dry hours after treatment, but that's not consistent.

Hey, kids! Do you know what time it is?

IT'S HOWDY DOODY TIME!!!!!

Well, maybe not HD Time, but there is certainly time for coffee, tea, etc. Help yourself.

Remember it -- sort of. I just think our availabe 3 stations didn't carry the show.

It's time for a second coffee though, and a "little something" as Pooh would say. I shall ponder Howdy Doody. Was Clarabelle the clown on Howday Doody?

Indeed Clarabelle was there. If I recall what I read correctly, the person who played Clarabelle went on to play Captain Kangaroo.
I don't really remember Howdy Doody, I think I was 2 when it left the airwaves. But Captain Kangaroo, I grew up with.

Mr. Dressup, Friendly Giant, Mr. Rogers, Captain Kangaroo, Sesame Street. The deities of young me.

I'm a wee bit older than you, so the latter three, not so much (not as much American TV in early years), but certainly Mr. Dressup and the Friendly Giant. The show that ran before those two in the morning was called Romper Room.

I just put some warm haskap muffins on the table for anyone who wants to help themself.
You haven't harvested already this year, have you? I don't think they have started to change colour yet here, will take a closer look, very far from being ripe for certain.
