My neighbours counted trick or treaters - said we had about 120 this year! Lots of delightful little ones, great school age kids & a few older ones - all in terrific costumes and well behaved and in cheerful moods :-) I did a very good job giving away almost all the candy and had fun chatting with all the kids.
 
That is what they are. I have a much younger cat, Atwood, who is 7. She has been quite distressed at missing her pal, I think, and she's just now jumped down from a major purrfest on my lap.
 
I'm raising the worst daughter in the world.

She's not the class princess. The kid is genuine.

The grade means nothing. The note is everything. We don't focus on her grades at all. As long as she is trying and challenging herself, we figure the grades will come. The note is what I'm proud of. She's a good egg.

And she's really making it hard to choose a favourite between the kids.

She's thermodynamically close ... in horseshoes they say warm ... and in religion they wouldn't wish to know about close and movement ... due to institutionalized learning that is halted ... especially relating to unknowns ... including just about everything ...

Ain't that sum thin ... as a line directing a flow of consciousness ... in some cases a spot, or dot placed in confinement ... closeted little things ... we people ... golly wogs!

Reminds me of cathexis ... a word defining the need to put energy into something separate from yourself .. a poorly understood concept in word and social functions as it has been disused ... otherwise eliminated as difficult to understand ... suppose it'll wash as in catharsis ... then the flush is on ... sous age? When you get in the depths of the psyche of desire without intellectual capacity ... things become hallucinatory without pharmaceuticals; just look around at leadership contentions and contenders ... enough to wear a mindful mortal into another sheet of time ...

If only we could cross breed religion and science on the page as a sheet of time ... and a hole would be opened in the confining fog ... some would be stern end against Ide ... that primal move ...

O' the powers of a drifting thought about us ... ephemeral?

And is it heat energy? I don't know the answer to that without looking it up. She was probably thinking of rubbing a balloon on her hair, or scuffing your feet on a carpet and giving your sibling a shock.

Thus the goings on in ancient Thermopolis ... like Rev dd's Reuben ... a good rub is good as long as balanced on each cheek ... or someone will fall down *chuckling wood?* Even Christ like two cheeky satyrs ...

Put a hand on each cheek and KISS'r dead centre like she was an angel in dis guys ... literature is like that misleading until you get right into the Shue ... and if she has no shoes ... you will raise questions in church about the bare foot thingy ...
 
Was up late last night, wrapping up an item that i had procrastinated on. My youngest son knew that I had been stressing on it. It was my CV, and I am not good at singing my own praises -- the style of CV we are using is a lengthy to outline career highlights more detailed than normal as meant to stand with other CV's to showcase our companies talents and breadth. Anyhow, finished it at 2am, and it is out for edit. YoungestSon knew how late I had been up.

This morning, he heard my alarm, and offered to make me french toast, eggs and bacon. oh, and he delivered a coffee.

He has perfected his french toast, and it was so nice to wake up to a treat.
 
I just got back from an appointment with my family doctor. We went over my neurologist's report from my visit with her last month. They both think that I am doing very well in keeping active and involved but advised me to cut back if I feel overwhelmed because I can't do everything I used to do. She also advised that cutting back on the new and terrible medicine was the right thing to do, but I should let the neurologist's office know what I've done.
I'm feeling good right now.
My family doctor is a warm, compassionate person. Seelergirl told me that she had a good cry in her office last week when she was in about her broken arm. But her spirits are picking up as the shock and pain lessen - still a long road ahead.
 
I'm off for a quick visit with my parents this weekend. We have no students Fri. and Mon is off in lieu of Remembrance Day. Dad is often confused and Mom is covering for him so I want to go and see. I'll help Mom declutter as they will be leaving their house within a year. Either their name will come up for Senior's apt (they are on the list) or they will move into their condo apt-as lease is up next Nov. Either way they now have a deadline and so time to get ready.
