Will people under the hand of stress start running off? Potentially so ... thus we must pick on politicians ... get them to go!

So I got my elderly grand-dog for the weekend plus the bunny. The dog is at least 10 years old and has arthritis. He hardly moves off the couch and can only make it to the mailbox and back. He snores like someone who badly needs a CPAP machine. I just hope he doesn’t die on me…
They are having their bachelor/ bachelorette outing- son is going shark fishing at the south shore with his buddies ( that’s a first- and I just hope he is keeping all his fingers), daughter in law is going to an airbnb as part of a farm with petting animals and a hot tub. Their wedding is farm themed- though they only have the bunny, dog and chickens left now. They guys are all going to be in jeans and suspenders with a bowtie. Wedding is next weekend.
Bunny enjoyed the outdoors cage and started “cutting” the lawn. I have not mowed yet, but it does look like I should. Rain showers tomorrow, so time for house cleaning.

Sounds like you have an interesting weekend ahead of you Mrs A.. A wedding coming up too. We have one on the 23rd - a grandson who is marrying a young woman with two preschool age kids AND they are pregnant! We plan to drive all day to get there.

Grand dog is not eating. He really has gotten old. Doesn’t bark as much, either. Woke me twice, as expected. Then , when I wanted to sleep in, cat wanted her breakfast. He sleeps a lot and is happy on the couch, though.

I just read that today, 82 years ago, the first computer was invented. It could only do basic math, but was programmable. Its name was Z1- his inventor was Konrad Zuse, who also invented three more types. Z 1 was destroyed in a bombing in the war. His inventor also invented bombs for the Nazis, but didn’t talk about that much after the war.

Good morning! Happy Saturday! For flying things that bump into walls and startle us, for families of different languages supporting hospitalized family or friends, for other individuals who complain because those families are different, for granddogs and cats and all the other things that wake us up at night, or lull us to sleep, we gather to give thanks, to vent, to support, and hear each other. The hot beverages are ready, there may be some snacks nearby as well. all is ready. Come on in!

A good day for remaining heartless and with senses to look for it and the choqua late black out ... chook it down ... wiggle a bit ...

Yeah, and then other early analog computers helped the Allies. WWII is really when things started ramping up, though it was not until IBM came along in the fifties that we started seeing them as more general purpose tools.

Things are slowly improving in our neck of the woods. It is day 6 and life threatening is heard very infrequently

That's excellent news. I hope your man continues to improve. Hugs to you and yours.

Second night with grand dog. He finally ate his breakfast and Friday supper portion for supper on Saturday. Last night he only woke me at 2.30. But then, the cat insisted on breakfast at 6 and I couldn’t talk her i to waiting until seven. Then, she didn’t eat it. Will happily return the dog this afternoon. He is cute, though. Here he is sitting on the cat’s chair.

Good morning! For computers, improvements in health, visits with old friends, and dogs doing OK, as well as other things that come to mind, we gather round the Coffee Cart for conversation and community. Let the conversations flow like hot beverages, and the friendships be as warm as the drinks. All is ready, come on in.

Another dais of light that disturbs the other space we cannot observe ... because of its obscurity that is favourable for burying mental activity sacred and buried as Gnostic! It extends to a point at the midst of the dirty earth as mire ... this is invisible and below the horizon for indeterminate reason ... thus the great unknown reduced to a point! Requires focal psyches ... resembles a alien lens ... as yet unseen due to Claire's nebulae ... perhaps Ares?
