And goodonya for the phone: I have had a lot of delightful convos over the phone, when I can "see" them in my mind that i find i have my best convos

And on getting it or not: one of the strangest i heard was a fishing crew who couldn't have gotten it because they were out fishing before the pandemic struck and came back after and some of them tested positive lol

There are so many things that are non dia Gnostic ... you cannot just ring em upet don ...

Don being a hole as augured in the night ... from there the gears appeared ... the machine cranked!

Alberta updated their info in the last week or so. Earlier they weren't in line with NACI regarding boosters, but that has changed.
Looks like I will be getting a 2nd bivalent dose before a wedding and other summer travel. I'm glad I didn't wait last fall as they aren't offering similar flexibility as they used to.
Seems like this may be a twice a year thing for a while.
 
Seems I am fighting now something worse. Called 911 because I couldn't breathe and found I had a collapsed lung.
The two breast cancers (23 years apart) have spread. See the main oncologist this week so will know more.
I'm on oxygen. but home.

Oh, spirit wind, keep us posted. Gentle light breathing thoughts. Don't know if you listen to Youtube meditations, but Rasa has a lovely one called the Amethyst Cocoon which is a very gentle way to ease into slumber, day or night, focussed, super-gently, on breath/breathing.

It is interesting that after testing a while back neither cancers were gene related.

So many factors go into breast cancer. It really is a crap shoot isn't it. There are some great treatments. I have a friend who has been metastatic for years (7 or 8?) She had a bad scare just before the pandemic. A recent PET scan showed she is NED (no evidence of disease). She's on a harsh drug that works well and whose side effects are tolerable. I hope they find a treatment for you that is effective.
 
That's interesting ChemGal - I haven't heard a peep around here about spring boosters!
