No, she just follows all the troll farms. From somewhere near Steinbach, the hub of crazy in Canada.
one of the things i actually adore aboot Rita is she gave an open invitation for us to visit with an address and ph #

very very open to do so

This exactly. Which is largely what we had with the old PCs, esp. in the Mulroney era. It was the merger with the Reformers that screwed things up.
I prefer to see it as a takover by the Reform and death of the PC's....same thing happened in Alberta with the Wildrose taking over the PCAA

People seem to think I could choose to be a Christian. I think that's preposterous.

I'm glad some of us can't just believe based on what we want to believe.
Well if we could, then you could "be" a Christian, then not "be" a Christian*

But you can't

Pretty much none of us have the ability to believe on a whim what we want to

It is more a case of over time one can find eventually "wow, I now believe this"

The big problem with the Dems is they seem to.operate on the principle of "If everyone knew all the facts then they would believe the right things"

Which isn't how we human beings seem to operate?

It is more like beliefs "own" us? They happen

Thus why I generally don't call people crazy or whatnot, as they are just believing what they believe...

*I consider you more Christian than some Christians I know. You are quite moral and ethical without needing to believe in the whole Christian worldview...and you don't need to

Imagine beliefs without a whim ... whims being replaced by branches or lim's of thought! (in Hebrew that dah LEM; like lemmings they may go overboard)).

In that bushy display something would get broken ... because of the whims of the winds of God ... it was an act without clues ... something to look back on to see the mistakes!

Where do you learn this *hit I am asked? Jus a queer Ah ... huh! Mostly unobserved because it was looked into with some depth, mine due ... a void place?

In the observation of Black Hole Theory it is suggested to stay clear ... just go about as normal, as normal as normal can be ... given the urge to destroy inequality ... vast spots of Daedalus and Sheila ... the one taking off on a stormy dark night ... from there the mystery grew as a story, myth, whatever that folk precure as a whim ...

Whims ... they can also be found as complex and imaginary ... but alas, something to chew on like the bones of myth ... always dissatisfaction! Satisfied soles are rare and sinking fast ...

Interestingly, today on CBC they interviewed someone involved with polls who said Boomers tend to vote liberal.
It seems to be the general consensus that the Boomers are coming out in droves to vote for Carney, more so than any other generation. Should Carney, by hook or by crook, remain as a Canada Prime Minister I expect many more conservative North Americans will be "Alberta Bound". From my perspective Alberta is the last safe haven of sanity in Canada. Scoping out property for sale close to the the Sweetgrass / Coutts border crossing between Montana and Alberta is currently a fun pastime of mine.

Are the whims of polity as abstract as the concept of something being made from nothing without a counterpart?

Thus some of the alternates do appear as bifurcated wingers ... do dragons appear as fey and autonomous no matter how they evolved from the bottom of the pond? Something has to be autistic ... a solemn pose ... it is all in how the item of interest is spit out of where it originated! The SOURCE ... say what you will it is mystic ... we don't know!

Yet folk are determined to oppose anything that's bought up ... because of implications in OCD ... an enigma of possession -ism! That's 'M, the unseen medium ...

My partner said he heard that SK was the province with the highest % of people wanting to become American. That makes us odd.. No surprise really.

Except that's not what most people mean by "American". For whatever reason, the US has staked a claim on being "American" so we are, at least, "North American" not "American". You can't just redefine people's concerns away.

Yet some will attempt to ... there are some really odd philosophical articles about how the mysterious human mind is hammered around in various casts!

Some are stone hard while others flow like clay ...

I am re reading a text by an Aramaic Scholar that would really perturb those with fixed whims and edifice-like solidity!

There are further references to Daedalus, death of passions and Chi Vas as the Ephraim goes in essence noting that all things evolve in one way or another ... some learn from the process and some learn how to lose that spirit alternate to soul! It is a difficult process to set up as a determinate as it is mysterious as the matter composing mines! Extracted ... thus the void. Agap AH? Holp your mouth just so and write it down. Silence creeps ...

The Us can continue to be known as American. I'm happy to be Canadian. .M ost people have no difficulty with the names as commonly used. It isn't worth quibbling about.

Yet what does it take to get solid, pious folk quibbling? Nothing of dark, formless nature that is open to inquiry ... like the great unknown!

They must fight to tell you just how it is ... I've been told very firmly! I find it peculiar under the rule of justice, mercy and humility that is needed until the mystery opens up ... like a cracked item! Very poetic ...

Culturally, and especially from a literary POV, we've identified in a combination of two ways - "north" - cold, rugged, hardy, etc., and "not the U.S." - Davies, Atwood, et al.

In my opinion, we share a language, sort of, a border, and the very stupid fact that our unrelated unit of currency has the same name.

There's also diversity. There's also the concept of the two solitudes. There's also the size of the land, and its great natural beauty

Well yes, Yanks can be full of themselves, thus the American. Its so pervasive, it even has some of us here convinced of it being the baseline. Damn that Systemic Racism

Love it when USAians get their eyes opened in places like S America

Stereotypes are so fun to break

Anyway, continue to have fun

So many different tribes telling us To FOLLOW US not THEM :3
