Health Canada warns against ingesting rapid antigen test solutions after 50 calls to poison control

Around 50 calls have been made to poison control around Canada so far due to accidental ingestion of or skin exposure to rapid antigen tests, according to a Health Canada advisory.

PADIS here wasn't even up this entire time. I'm sure health link and doctors were getting calls too. When things are in most households, sure there will be a kid somewhere that tries to drink it. 50 seems high though when it wouldn't only be a fraction of times it occurs.
 
Is there something we should know better ... but emotionally ... ignorance of dangers appeals better to the death wish!

Thus the internalized destructive urge ...
 
I didn't realise how many parents don't constantly watch for their kids' safety . When my lot were young I regularly heard of babies falling off beds and tables, toddlers tumbling downstairs in their walkers, tots eating medication etc.. The situation didn't seem too improve as the got older - then it was kids injured or dead from crashing snowmobiles, ATV's etc..
 
Toddlers can move very quickly. When our second child was still crawling, she was in the far corner of the small living room from where my wife was drinking her coffee. I was doing dishes in the kitchen area. Our older child was in the bath and called for her mommy. By the time she got to the bathroom (small two bedroom married student apartment) the younger child crawled across the living room, pulled herself up on the trunk holding the cup of coffee and shoved her hand into the coffee. She was wearing jammies with the rib cuffs. Even though we put her hand under cold water right away, the ribbed cuffs caused her wrist to be scalded. Lucky for us, the children's hospital was just over two blocks from us and I took her there about every third day to have her bandages replaced.
 
With multiple young kids it's not always possible to keep an eye on both, plus parents need to use the bathroom, cook, etc. When my sister was young our stove had no knobs as the first time she got up there (before she was walking) that was it, they were kept in a drawer. As a kid I ate a mushroom in the backyard. We were well supervised, but I was a very busy child and my sister was a silent, sneaky one.
We had 3 adults and 2 kids in our backyard when my youngest nephew managed to get a potato berry in his hand. I did notice it and alerted Chemguy who was closest before it got to his mouth. So I get it things happen. Parent tries to swab one uncooperative kid while the other grabs the solution - I can easily image that happening. I'm just surprised by the number.
 
They do. With older adults, falling accidents are a nightmare. I have a lovely co-worker a little older than I, retired nurse, liked a few part-time hours to pad the pension, who was shopping after work one day, and tripped on a tiny edge of an exposed skid. Those concrete floors are hard. She's still, 9 months later, going to Physio, and can't stand for a long time.
 
Rachel Notley has COVID wonder if this can advance some of the treatments. I feel like help for those with it has been neglected lately.
 
Hospitalization here in NB are increasing rapidly for unknown reasoning ... unconscious minds as they don't wish to know about it as the province is under an unseen siege! It is something indicative of a thing missing ... and even a lot of scientists do not believe in abstract items like colorless holes ... with the greatest number of variants you could imagine ... no end to to*em (to them).

Recall the story starts with an observation that you don't need to know and thus the tree of knowledge becomes myth ... laugh well ... but you may suspect that there are folk that believe it ... as thoughts go!

Emotional buttons are something else ... right? As humans tend to destroy ... they must be reproducible ... those out there are happy being voyeurs and just looking on in humus (another tense of humii)! Humans are odd ... bi rites! Copy?

Me? I have been identified as alien ... I will soon get dishonorable discharge and go down humbly ... knows height! Great escape ... releif?

Realize in the eyes of many I am a very sick person ... a different sickness than powerful folk!

May be my half a mind impinging on the emotional portion ... I won't go any further than that ... many people will not accept psyche whatsoever .. as thinking is an alien process ... I have trouble keeping a grip on irrational life!

So I say thongs that you don't have to know as you expect gnosis goes ...

Did you know that gnosis was once a sacred knowledge ... stuff that had to be hidden and buried? Is that subtle or what? Tis the way you read it ... one way or the other ...

However I like to process alien matter and immaterial! Hard to handle???? So it goes to the unknown dimension ...

Global put together a nice timeline of the winding down of COVID measures in Ontario. By May, we are back to "normal" officially. Life may not be quite that normal, though. Especially if there's another wave or variant.

Dont i know it

One time i was babysitting
And i literally left her sitting on the floor in the living room and stepped into the kitchen which is right next door with no door to get a glass of water
And by the time i came back
No baby!
She had crawled some 60' to the bathroom and was enjoying heartily some of the cat's leavings in the litterbox o.O

So yes i know how fast they are

They have to be
To keep their parents in tip top shape :3
 
So no more mandatory masks here for indoor places

And the Gene Therapy ID will be non mandatory on April 8th

Its interesting to see how people's behaviour changes toward an in group vs. out group (certain authorities tend to be in group imho...so what they say is believed in more...and of course, we are British Canadians here lol)-- I doubt if there will be calls for the health authorities here to be cancelled because of these new non mandates. I think a lot of us are just so tired lol

(I still wear my mask--want to keep my dad safe. In fact I have forgotten that I have my mask b4...i was reminded at dinner with friends once that i disnt have 2 wear it lol..)

A retired teacher said that she was asked to go in as a substitute for a few days. 80% of the staff were out for Covid reasons. My son pointed out that it would be easy to get a few days off - just say you've been in contact with an active case (whether you have or not!).
