Her question” what should people do who want to sit there?” is so easily being answered: get the f vaccinated. Or go sit in your car or on the benches the security pointed out. If she hasn’t heard about the regulations by now, maybe she doesn’t follow the right information.

Or go get a covid test. Vaccinations aren't even needed.
 
Apparently the tests are available at the Shoppers in that mall. She was clearly planning for the disruption. The fact that she was being recorded right away is one piece of evidence for that.
 
Something I've learned in life is, don't make threats unless you follow through. Her threats about going to court were meaningless and I sense she knew it. The internet crowd is the only court she will probably take it to.

Even if she thinks she can take it to court she won't get far.
 
Changes in Ontario due to our swelling numbers and the presence of Omicron
  • The planned end to vaccine passports (January 17) has been put off indefinitely (I thought was too soon to start with)
  • Anyone over 18 will be eligible for a booster as of January 4 provided they are 168 days post-second shot
  • Only vaccine documents with QR codes will be accepted beginning January 4. The old receipts are too easy to forge so are being eliminated. People without devices and printers can get one mailed.

I'm having trouble with these things anyway. I've sent my QR code to my own e-mail, but I've had attachments fail in the past (I have a perfectly good phone, at present, but a cheap pay as you go plan, which means that connections get de-prioritized at times). I think I should get a QR code mailed to me for backup. Last time I was in my local cafe, independent, where the owners have known me for a hundred years, as I was struggling with it, Litsa said to me "I've seen it once; I know you're jabbed"...

An Alberta woman says she was almost taken off the lung transplant list because of her COVID-19 vaccination refusal — and there's a chance she could still be removed in the near future.

I can understand not trusting the AHS vaccine clinic workers, as with anything out of the norm my trust is low too.
If you're going to trust a doctor to take out a lung and replace it with someone else's plus treat you to avoid rejection, surely their advice on a vaccine and how it would affect someone on a transplant list could be trusted too? SMH

I think everyone should get a hard copy, whether ordered or printed yourself.
On your phone though, it's a good idea to put the QR code in your phone's memory somewhere, not just relying on pulling it off the internet. Pdf as a file that's easy to pull up, homescreen, a contact picture, etc. Basically if you have no service are you still able to access it? It just makes things a little smoother.

How is yours set up? Ours is connected to our health card. When we give the information it needs it comes up on the screen. If we access that through our phones we can take a screen shot of it and save it with our photos. We can also save it as a pdf or print it out.

I am wondering if they compare it to someone who plans to still keep smoking. Unvaccinated have the same right as the vaccinated tobe treated, but there are some conditions who is getting transplants in general. It sounds that being vaccinated is one condition. For liver transplants, as far as I know, an alcoholic has to be sober for a certain amount of time. The thought behind it is to make good use out of the ” privilege” to get the transplant.
Being vaccinated against Covid sounds to me like a reasonable expectation, especially since it attacks the lungs.
 
So many things in reality to cause separation and autonomy in mind ... MU'sis?

Did you know that in some indigenous tongues "sis/cis" is a small item? Thus don't ignore them as little folk ... nothing in the integrated psyche ...

Google Drive app (and, I think, the OneDrive app) lets you make files available offline, storing them in a local cache. Lets you keep a single copy in one accessible location and still have a local copy available when service is absent or iffy. The app will even create a home screen shortcut for you (which I have done) for quick access.

Some people are incredibly stubborn about these things, though. Being in respiratory care, I know we have people who are on oxygen because of their smoking, who still smoke. We take what safety precautions we can, but there are cases where we pull the O2 because smoking around pure oxygen is pretty much asking for trouble and some of them don't, or won't, take it off before lighting up.

Yet, they say ignorance and stupidity about illuminated souls does not exist ... thus it must be out there ... OBI??? Maybe ...

Yes, lots of different options. I have pics of my originals plus the QR code, never updated it though now that one is up to date for travel, guess I should do that one at some point. Ditto for a printed copy.

It varies province to province. Vaccinations in general are required here.
 
Patients here do not need to be vaccinated. I do though understand why being vaccinated would be a requirement for a lung transplant. It may be a condition for some here in BC too. People who are visiting at BC hospitals must be fully vaccinated except in limited circumstances. I was at the hospital yesterday. They had signs asking for proof of vaccine and photo ID be ready. I was not asked for this as I was going to the lab as a patient.
