Happy Easter! Nova Scotia is grey and awaiting flurries and freezing rain. Good time for house cleaning and sewing. Easter supper with junior tonight at a friends house. NS allows own household +10 others.

Happy Yeaster ... and may all rise to the bottom line needs of lessor peoples ... but like Didymus I have doubts that we as society will hear their cries ... thus cry*cis as the entire society fails due to internal lack!

Some people cannot see things missing, or denien at different layers of society that we have economically created by avarice and ... the great need for so many to succeed and thus the world takes on the character of a place were many (much) bull fought for superiority.

It remains a mess and a mystery because the bull market can't bare to know ... thus absence of such cognizance ... as if the bulk of humanity wished to know ... the desire for mindfulness to spread is much stifled! Thus exclusion theory succeeds ...

As used by great powers pf Rome and modern day practice of those leaning to right republics ruled by few ... ether-like ... expect explosions!

Happy Easter all!! Looks like a nice one here, too. Sunny and going to get into the upper double digits in temperature. Chilly out right now, though.

Happy Easter! May the light of the resurrection shine bright on all of you!

On a bittersweet note, we found out our kitty has been peeing and pooping all the time. Just not in the right place. He peed in a luggage over the clothes, and pooped on a folded curtain that was on the floor. I'm relieved and mad at the same time.

Ah, those cats...:cat:

We had my 2 yr old granddaughter here for a sleepover. We ended the stay with a family meal for all. After everyone left, and tidying up had completed, i faded off on the couch, and my husband on the chair, with the most delightful tired from playing with a grandchild for over 24 hrs: bunny hops up the hill including with arms waving "just so", planting pansies, colouring eggs, waking up at 530am, and so much more. laughs, conversations. thankful i am

Ah he is just stressed and mad about the changes. It might help to treat him like a new cat, confine him to a small area with his litter box and let him get acclimatized
He used his litter box for the first time in the new place some minutes ago. I hope he starts to feel better. He's been sleeping on all the armchairs and on the couch, too. Good sign I guess.

Cats are funny sensitive guys. And can hold a grudge. Glad you are getting settled. A few accidents, on purpose or by accident will be ok in the long run. I expect he is stressed and pissed off. A tricky combination

My sister’s male cat used to pee i their boots as soon as he sensed they are starting to pack to go on vacation.
He also ate holes into woollen sweaters.

Good morning. It's a sunny day here. I'm starting over on my lace knitting project. I hadn't gotten far and realized I had made a couple critical mistakes and decided to just start over. The first time was a practice run. I also talked to the designer who helped me figure out a part that I was misreading. All good now.

A bit ago, @Northwind had offered to be part of a fundraiser for @GordW 's congregation.
I was lucky enough to have the top bid, and last week, a pair of handknitted socks arrived in the mail.

The socks are lovely, and fit my feet beautifully, soft and comfortable, I haven't wanted to take them off.
Plus, as so correctly guessed by @Northwind the sparkles were a hit with my granddaughter!

I'm glad they fit and that you enjoy them @JayneWonders. Remember, the yarn is tough so wear them lots. We really hope to get to Ontario this summer. If we do I'm happy to help you learn to make your own. :)

Cats are definitely pets that require patience. Of course two dogs ago we had a lovely girl. She was a great pet. But if she was left home alone when she wanted to come in the car she would go to the top of the stairs and pee on the rug. It was totally just an annoyance thing. When we changed the carpet a few years later I had to cut the sub floor out as it was pee stained

hopefully kitty will adjust to Ottawa soon
