Saw my doctor. She spoke with me for a short time and has now sent me to the ER of St. Joseph's Health Center. Yobo is coming here to be with me.

To get my prostate checked and to get a urine/bladder test done. The bladder test went well, but I am still here. Waiting for the results of my urine test.

Thanks @ChemGal and Waterfall. There was no infection, so they sent me home. I am to see a urologist within 1 week's time.

Well, a week from now my son & his gf will be back from their 6 week trip to Spain - I'm so looking forward to hearing all their stories!

And I will be starting to pack this weekend for our trip to Saskatchewan One of the highlights will be a get-together with Crazyheart & Naman, and Namana too. So lots going on at the moment!

Shared a bit of a story about canoes and my honeymoon on the Last Post Thread. I've wept quite a bit. I am very thankful and blessed that my daughter is close to me at present; makes it much easier.

Nice memories about the canoe and cabin Bette.

I too had my ex-spouse die.
Who else was there at the births of your children (and in my case for their first years -youngest was 5 oldest 8 when we separated). No one else to remember the wedding and honeymoon, first house etc.
Remember the good, grieve the end of his life. Glad your daughter is with you.
