Each year for my birthday since the time I was 5, family and friends have gone to see a movie. I haven't selected the movie for this coming year yet, though I'm thinking it may be Moana. I've read good things about it from my favorite movie critic.

Moana looks good too.
I am sitting in a car surrounded by luggage and boxes of fellow consultants. Having fun texting with my youngest son who is morphing into my business assistant.
I am looking forward to Christmas prep this weekend.
Anyone else spending today on Christmas preparations?
Awww, ChemGal. Hope things go better today. Not doing too well. Been having some mouth issues on and off for quite a while. Saw a doctor and dentist quite a while ago and neither were able to offer any help - other than to see the other professional. Wasn't a big deal though - pop an NSAID and it would work, might act up for a week or a month like that and then just randomly stop.
Last few days it's been bad though. Filler antibiotic ENT recommended trying for it. Sinus issues may be part of the problem, not really sure. Last night was intolerable. Finally tried firazyr around 3am that fixed 90% of the issue. But it's increasing again. Chemguy's mixing berinert up for me right now. Hopefully it helps.
Our community has a Christmas Cheer program run one hundred percent by volunteers. We give food baskets and gifts to those who apply for it and qualify, based on reported income and expenses. Families with children get home visits from volunteers like me. We review their applications and talk about what kinds of toys/gifts the children would like. The hard part is arranging the visits, but once there, I have met truly lovely people who are very grateful for the gift of Christmas Cheer!Christmas cheer? Tell me more?
