Rest In Peace: tomorrow,tomorrow
The bus has been cleaned by my own hands, (I may add.) Found yellow thong, music from the Arrogant Worms, chips, chocolate bars, empty bottles of gin, and champagne and a WonderShaker. The Maestro and Rob Ford still out in the back seat.

But it is clean and we are ready to go to meet our Australian Visitor.

Do you need picked up.

I'm not sure how Pilgrim has planned her trip - is it Newfoundland and Labrador, or just Labrador. Either way I'll need to be picked up. Just swing down through NB, stopping at my beautiful city on the St. John river, then continuing on to NS and the ferry to NL. On the other hand, if you are taking the land route to Labrador through the north shore of the St. Lawrence (a long drive through forest and bush), you will have to take a long swing out of your way to pick me up. But please do. I'm eager to see Pilgrim again - and I've never been to Labrador (just saw it across the strait from the northern tip of Newfoundland.)

Here is the bus and it's magic , seeler

I'm a country music fan myself. Let's invite Willie Nelson. I hear him singing "On the Road Again". A big improvement over 'The Wheels on the Bus.'

I'm sorry I missed the bus - I mistook it for a Rubic's cube hurtling down the highway..........

But, for those of you not on facebook, tomorrow I'll be flying out on that big silver bird for my fifth trip to Canada.
I'll be just staying a day in Toronto to hopefully recover from jetlag. Then LBmuskoka is going to meet me at my hotel and we're going to take the subway to where she's parked her truck. (To repay her hospitality I'm allowing her to carry my suitcase down the subway steps).
We'll take the scenic route to her place where she's promised me a beer on the deck - just so long as I bring my Aussie sunshine with me.
After a couple of days in "cottage country" (note how I'm talking like a local, eh?) it's back to the airport and a flight to Deer Lake in Newfoundland -and then touring for 12 days in NL and Labrador.

Better get packing, isn't it amazing what joining Wondercafe has led to in my life? :)

I don't suppose you want to make a detour to visit West Edmonton Mall? :) At one point it was the largest mall in North America. There's an amusement park, an ice rink, mini golf, sea lions, and a water park.

Enjoy your trip, even if you decide to miss out on this part of Western Canada!

I'm here!!! Good cleaming job CH. I do have an earworm now though..........come on get happeeeeeee........... Ah, David..........

Here'a little ballad from The Split Peas - a women's music group, based I think in Twillingate, celebrated their 20th year together recently ...
