TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

The Donald is getting roasted on Twitter right now for trying to fudge and backtrack on his comments about the Ukraine. The latest string of comments will likely be deleted - but it's quite entertaining right now - not many supporters have much too say at the moment.

The Donald is being attacked mercilessly even from Republicans for his attacks on the Khan family who spoke at the DNC and whose son was killed in action and for suggesting that his "sacrifices" can possibly be compared with the sacrifices of a Gold Star family.

And it's only August, who's next?

Today... It was a Fire Marshall. Trump insulted a Fire Marshall by saying they don't know what they're doing enforcing the 1,000 max capacity occupancy codes to attend an impromptu event...Trump claims he could've fit 5,000 ppl in. I'm guessing there were not that many to let in and it was a red herring... Anyway, Trump said this after the Fire Marshall rescued him and some others from a stuck elevator. "Sad!"

(If this is a true not satirical story - it's harder and harder to tell)

Some of the comments after this article are pretty funny. It gives me the impression that voting preferences in the U.S. are not quite as they appear - and there are plenty smart Americans who won't fall for him - more than we might assume by reading pundits trying to treat this like a normal election. Some language may be offensive.

I've read (no, i don't have the references) that Trump is in the habit of inflating the figures and estimating the crowds attending his events to be more thaan twice what they actually are.

Probably read on biased liberal news sources.

What is your opinion of this article Jae? Did it cause you to change your mind about Trump?

I think the article is very interesting reading. The author wrote a book that was one of our seminary texts. Both Trump and Clinton are deeply flawed candidates. I do prefer the vision of the conservative supreme Court.

Trump is like separation humour ... allows for fear and anger when he is present as stoic sense! Close to Ares in the old sense of causing dissonance in piece of the cos a' mos ... ridiculous things ...

Do you find reality flawed Jae ... so that God resides in virtue ... Oz sum reality beyond here and now? Tha's' kind oude of here ...

You're flip-flopping, jae. One article, and you've changed your mind again.

There's flawed...which everyone is...then there's totally unhinged, which Trump appears to be more and more. It's not even about GOP vs Dem anymore. It's about impulsive and angry and spiteful decision maker vs. coolheaded and reasonable decision maker. He's a loose cannon. Hillary is not. He tweets angry tweets at 3, 3:15, 4, 4:30 in the morning. He gets 3 hrs sleep a night. His mental health seems to be affected by this, along with his already severely egoistic, bombastic personality. This may be fine for a real estate developer and TV personality, the world can survive that - but not for U.S. President. If somebody like Mitt Romney had replaced him as candidate I wouldn't be as concerned, even if I don't like a lot of Republican policy positions.

No, you just want everyone at one pole or the other. Like many people, I'm somewhere in the middle still weighing both candidates. I can see good in both Hillary and Trump. Unlike you Kimmio, I refuse to demonize either. You've painted a picture of Trump that is lower than low.

Hillary's clearly more cool-headed than Trump is. That doesn't necessarily mean that she's always a reasonable decision maker. She has over time made a number of decisions that were very unreasonable.

By the way, if Trump is "spiteful," is that any worse than Hillary's arrogant sense of entitlement?

I'm only reflecting on the picture he's already painted all by himself.

Really, he did it all by himself. That's how he does it. He alone can do it like that. Believe him.

Why do you feel such reflection is of value? What does your reflection add to the dialogue of meaningful ideas?
