For those who inquired and or are thinking about us, Seelerman wasn't badly hurt his fall. He does complain of a sore shoulder and a red spot on his back, but he's been out shoveling off the dead and keeping the driveway clear and the car running while telling me that is okay. I say that he should at least mention it to the doctor next time we are in.
As for me, it is much of the same. I'm on a downward incline that is getting steeper as time goes by. The doctors I have a good. I trust them to do their best. And science is always working to find more drugs or treatments that will help. Find the cause, find a cure, find a way to slow down the deterioration. In the meantime something to help with the symptoms. I take a variety of pills, and will soon enter a physiotherapy program developed especially for physiotherapy people intensive and one-on-one. It was scheduled to start tomorrow but has been rescheduled by the hospital for next week.
In the meantime I have decided to just carry on doing is much as I can. A friend at church the other day ask what I had done for New Year's Eve. When I replied that I been square dancing, she looked surprised and said 'You still square dance? Good foro you!
Something that just notice recently: I have started having this vivid dreams and during the day I think of seeing things. For instance, I will see something out of place and reach out for it my hand will encounter emp encounter empty space. The cat that we cared for over the holidays and went home Saturday, in to my room last night and jumped on my dresser – no no that he usually obeys. I could almost swear I heard him purring but I knew better. A new pilll that my doctor started me on last week to treat the pain in my neck has weird side effects. I think these may be some of them, if so I will probably have to decide which is more troublesome – the pain or the dreams. I think I can live with the dreams. Perhaps it would be enjoyable – a movie in my headP
Cyclobenzaprine
This is amusing: many pill bottles have been the label 'may cause drowsiness – do not operate machinery'. I just noticed that this advice is on my bottle of sleeping pills.
