Perhaps if "people" wouldn't tamper with things ... life would be more positive? But alas ... this isn't done ... thus life is just a manifestation of something peculiar ... an illusion?

The domain of the 'ollow 'd IHC ... pumped up over Ephraim of things ... surrounding as environmental terror? Some say we don't affect the environment and it doesn't affect humans ... a sort of non-relative clause ... thus Santé is out 've ID ... and we remain unhealthy ...

Seeleergirl & her 'friend' came over last evening. He heelped Seelerman with a repair job to our storage shed. She did my nails - then, while I was helpless waiting for them to dry - she cleaned the bathroom and dusted the livingroom. Wow! If this keeps up I'll have a clean house before fall.

New health warning: "kids with depression should be monitored for heart disease!"

Considering the prevalence of heart and stroke ... is the larger psyche suffering with depressed mental ability?

Would the larger psyche encompass social issues?

I see a Canadian Philosopher has won an award for work in the source of the German IHC or what we know as the intimate, or unseen self! Just part of the expanse of what is socially unknown as authority struggles to keep the masses uneducated ... otherwise in a state of naïveté ... a sense of conspiracy for numbing down the self or soul?

If authority corrupts ... what of eternal authority? Ultimate corruption and thus disposable authorities? Suppose disposables will work to a point of disappearance ... thus invisible and unseen? Eternal criticism from beyond as myth, or just satyrs ... haunting the emotional organ called brae-in ... as hidden niche? It does contain grooves ...

The cards in here cracked me up: non-traditional cards for someone with a serious illness/cancer.

I laughed when I saw this on facebook. Empathy cards! But they certainly might come in handy to fill a nitch.
As I posted on facebook - I first became aware of the problem with 'greeting cards' when my boss gave birth to a severely compromised child. How do you send a frilly looking pink card about 'a baby girl, how wonderful for you' or 'congratulations' or something funny about toddlers getting into messes and teenagers borrowing the car - when you don't even know weather the baby ill survive, and there is little hope for she to thrive.
And then Christmas cards that 'wish you the best Christmas ever' the year I realized that three different families on my list had lost children during the year.
'Get well quick,' for those with terminal illness?
and the funny card about how relieved I must be that 'whatever was troubling you is out' following some surgery (they didn't know I had just had a D&C following a miscarriage).
We sure do need empathy cards when we just don't know what to say. And shared humour can break the awkwardness and lighten the load. We all need a laugh, as well as a shoulder to cry on.

In concern for the empathy syndrome ... do those with excessive passion of life have cognizance that perhaps life has possession of you?

Some say God is Life ... then would God possess us and cause certain blindness unless we step out an look back for a bit before KISS 'n that damn thing good-bi? The Great Escape is a grand myth in that perspective ... alas few can get beyond excessive possessive trends ... its the way we are conditioned ... NOSH-ite!

Slowly getting caught up with everything. Tabitha sorry to hear what you went through, hopefully things will piece back together. Pina I hope the mri gives you good answers!

Flying was ok. Med bag is a bit of a pain due to unpacking and repacking at security. I was also a bit annoyed at being moved and separated from my sister after she selected our seats due to allergies my feeling is the pet should be moved. all minor things compared to my concerns though. Did is pre-airport both times. Overall a great trip, caught up with many relatives and met some for the first time.

Blueberries with my Special K this morning - the first of the season. When the kids were young we used to go to our camp on weekends. In August/September the bblueberries grew wild. We could go out in our PJs in the eaarly morning with the dew on the bushes and pick enough for breakffast in just a few minutes. (Our camp was surrounded by forest and barely visible from the road). Oh, the good memories. So I'm putting a big bowl of wild blueberries on the table for folks to help yourselves.
Time to get busy today. First paying bills - electricity, cable, water, credit card, etc. I know most of these could go on automatic, but I like to keep on top of things.
And church 'stuff' is starting up again - I've been contacted this week about the Affirm Committee and about VBS.

Kind of a maintenance day yesterday. My friend popped by to cut my hair, got my new keys-and an adapted ignition for my van-due a a recall
and fixed my ensuite toilet. The hole on the lever has disintegrated. so new handle and lever-and new gasket while I was at it.

So doing my errands yeaterday I bumped into C from schoolboard yoga. She mentioned yoga Wed. in Naramata. I drove out to a principal's house. What fun-Her family and her dad all live there-in separate suites. I have borrowed their family canoe several times to teach canoeing at Naramata Centre. Neither J nor I had ever made the connection. It was her father I talked to. Well yoga on her lawn is just 4 doors down from the Centre's beach-so it was a very familar (23 years familar) landscape I was staring at for practice this morning. After class a few of us went in for a swim. A lovely morning.

Tabitha - that sounds like its just what the doctor would order. Relaxation, comfort, ffamiliar, beauty, ...

I've had some fun days with my sister and niece (and nephew & son)...from time in Toronto at St,. Lawrence Market, and the Rogers stadium, to walking on Toronto lakeshore...then back home, and time spent at the spa today, and doing pottery painting yesterday. Wonderfully relaxing vacation.

Appointments are spread out through the next few weeks for sleep apnea clinic, MRI and followups. Thankful for this time with sister to just get feet underneath me again.

Pinga - isn't it nice to have sisters. Despite our differences, and the occasional flare-ups, I love both of mine and couldn't imagine life without them.

"Fun" ... is not in the vocabulation of stoics when coming to the word of God (everything theory) and thus the sense of stickiness ... flying paper?
