I'm happy. Had my followup call with my cardiologist.
I get to no longer have 2 prescriptions that were "just in case" emergency scripts.
The heart monitor that i wore for 3 weeks continued to show no issues, as did all the tests.
Treating my issue last year as an anomaly. Yahoo!
Minor followup in one year, and if all clear, then off their list.
(side benefit is I know that my heart is in much better shape than i thought it would be given my at-times sedentary lifestyle)

The change in prescriptions, even if it is a removal of meds, does impact travel health insurance, but, i'll take it to have one less med that i have to report and/or carry.
 
@KayTheCurler congratulations on the new baby!

I had the pleasure of hosting a 1-yr old great niece and her parents a few weeks ago, and a 2month old great nephew and his parents last weekend.
I was able to babysit the 2month old, whilst they went out shopping and enjoying visiting our area. Such a treat snuggling with a little one.

Be nice if my medical folk would cross check on these things ... they haven't grasped the hints supplied. I did but as an uncertified observer I'm am not allowed to speak on it ... basically silenced or ... otherwise ignored regarding the difficulties with the Vagas Nerve connection with the Dragon Brain item ... so end of this story seems quite clear to me ... just the timing which is left up to Morely! Week discussion ... on sectors of th steroids and their affect on various cat al listing ... towards the shadow ... dark or obscure?

I've been encouraged by rare scholars ... but not a fat chance ... for Sophia within ... hated by the powered generation ... Pede Prin.? Panned, diabolical!

Generally life teaches one to screw the neighbor ... one way or another ... many ways if a Golden Urchin! Monstrous glowing item ...

May I admit here that I ordered snow chains for the snow blower today?
I only used it twice last year, but the second time, the piles put in front of the drive ways were covered in ice- it was just spinning it’s wheels- and since I usually do a couple of neighbour’s as well when the conditions are bad, I had a he kof a day. Hope this will help, figuring that ice will be more frequent in the future
 
Just learned from Yeobo that we're going camping overnight. It should be great fun. I know that she really means glamping, and many family members will be there. There's sure to be good food too - Korean barbecue, the very best kind of barbecue.

We're enjoying a long weekend here in Korea. It's Chuseok, which is basically Korean Thanksgiving. Tomorrow we'll visit the graves of Yeobo's parents

Chains are a pain to install. If you haven't done it before, there are lots of good videos and one will apply to you. Don't ask me. I'm mystified by them.
 
We have decided to pay for a snow service this winter. Because even with a monster snow blower, dealing with the end of the driveway, especially when warming means dealing with snow that is generally slushier, especially the plowed stuff, is a nightmare. We'll let the snow guys pull out that crap and then we'll pull out cars and address the rest.

In the meantime, the harvest. I have hundreds of little black tomatoes that are freakishly sweet but not quite ripe, one melon that I would love to be able to eat, the freaking cucumbers will not quit and my concord grape out back is so laden with fruit that I'll have to make some jelly - can't give all of them to the cardinals. I need about two more weeks before frost so that the last stuff can ripen as much a possible before processing. It's always a dice-y time of year. Don't want every surface covered in tomatoes, must grab all basil before first freeze, but kale better after.

We already had frost in parts of NS, I woke up to 3 degrees this morning.

Yes, I was going to buy them last winter after the icy day, but then they told me you have totake the air out of the tire and I wouldn't be able to put it back in. But my son is a mechanic, he will figure it out.
 
Good morning! Seems the time of year has come to start thinking about getting ready for winter--snow removal and such. Hopefully the actual winter will start late, but never hurts to plan ahead.
We gather again around the Coffee Cart, ready to converse, to listen and support, to connect with each other. Coffee, tea, and baked goodies will help this work. The Wonderbaker has provided cupcakes of several varieties for us to enjoy. The tea water is at a boil, and the coffee is freshbrewed. The cupcakes are warm from the bakery. All is ready, everyone is welcome. Come join in the fun!

If soul is lost does one become totally emotional and commit crimes of passion? What can we do about that ... literary device in the squeeze to see what's Innuit ... Kohl? Flakey ...

You can deflate a little. The danger is re-inflation on badly installed chains could cause a puncture if the clasp is poking toward the rubber.

Once you understand what is going on, they aren't terrible. I just have nightmares about the first time I installed them on my dad's tractor. I was cursing. The second time wasn't as bad because I had learned what not to do. Didn't even have to deflate them. I don't think we've put them on in years because we park it over winter now. I'm not even sure why we bought them, because we have a snow clearing service do all the places in the area, including ours. The driveway is long. Besides, all we have is a front end loader. If we had a snowblower attachment, sure.

I don't really understand why my dad does half the things he does.

This man sounds like he has experienced a great deal of mistakes and paid attention ... thus learned! Possibly a positive except those that take learning to be negative ... it frightens a certain class ... to have sharper folk about ... thus some respond with stabs, daggers and Dragons ...
