Room For All

Not that big, but bigger than my phone!

I run with 3 monitors
a)Dell laptop screen
b) Samsung 28"
c) LG 21.5"

As both work and personal are Dell's, I can switch my docking station to either machine, and have lots of screen area .

On occasion, i hookup the 48" LG tv in the office to it, but, not usually.

At home, I use my laptop screen (both personal and work) as a second screen. At work, I have dual so just use the laptop as a desktop replacement. Don't even open it, just use the dock to turn it on.

During the pandemic, I did a couple conferences virtually and then I used my 55" TV for things like the keynotes and general sessions. Had a Chromecast then so if I used Chrome to join the meeting, I could throw the screen to the TV. Couldn't really see using a TV for a regular screen, though I've known guys who did.

I have monitors mounted on a tower, so that helps as well as it keeps work surface clean. Laptops are on raised units as well.
Primary work surface/Desk is an electric desk so can raise and lower. Sometimes i choose to stand. It's at 90degree angle with another large work surface which has a nasty habit of collecting all my junk
Bought a Herman Miller chair a bit ago.and some other items as i have spent so many hours working.

Good Thursday morning, all! Looks like a nice day in this area, hope your outlook is similar. Talking about seeing water and sky, elaborate monitor setups, and whatever else comes up that worth talking about; it all comes with us as we come together round the Coffee Cart for conversation and connection, community and camaraderie. As well, the tea and coffee; and this morning bagels of assorted kinds, and several different toppings and spreads. The tea water is boiling, the coffee is freshbrewed, and bagels toasted to golden brown perfection. All is ready, everybody is welcome. Come join in the chat, and have a bagel!

Speaking of water and sea ... there were some articles in the news about the flow of water around the world in ground, on ground and up there in heated climate conditions ... conditional to human input and out take and the cooling of Isis ... dead subject!

At one time Isis was considered and end to escape mortal nonsense ... abstract images like a man screaming on a boat when over the deep and another by a man on earth looking up into the unimagined depths! Emperors insist on flat subjects and they cannot have a turning point ... tapestries on the Whal ... field of vision!

What does the function f (inking) have to do with 2 way balances?

The writ is quite dark even if you claim to understand what flows beneath your sight and nose ... a monster? All this from a bad spot on the agenda ... plot ... plan ... criteria of critical conspiracy?

If no give it is hard to take anything from the unnurtured ... the light dims in GEO Ghia ... p' Oh et*ic?

You bet ... and the "p" is a thorn somewhere ... it follows ... like Qui Ode ...

How is pomposity described again ... leading to a bad circumstance? Child without parentage ... delinquent?

Can the common find a voice to peak out at high nun ... pointed "O" ... melting clockface ...

How difficult is it to divine between love and hate speech when the two are at opposite ends of the scale (measure, stick, rod)?

When you consider that the extreme passion would allow no room for the other that might be banned as critical intellect!
Then from the opposite end is cold intel good without a stitch of care, concern and bother?

It is a humbling match-up ... as both ends hate the middle, medium, that tall thin line ...

Today has been a quietish day. It's lovely and peaceful here. I finished the third book in the Thursday Murder Club series yesterday. It was great and I didn't see the ending coming. I went to the library to return my books. My hold for Fredrik Backman's "My Friends" was ready to pick up. I got that plus the fourth Thursday Murder Club book. I meant to pick up a book Pilgrim recommended and forgot. I did pick up a book by another Aussie writer I've been enjoying. We then went to pick up a new toilet. The foot pedal on ours broke so the whole thing needs to be replaced. We can still use ours, it's just trickier to flush.

Tomorrow is my oncologist appointment. Here's hoping the next treatment doesn't have horrible side effects.

I may have to try pickleball. The peer pressure is getting to me.

I used to play a lot of racquetball, but that's been dying since the 80s. I tried squash, but that's a methodical, thinking person's game. What I liked about racquetball is that there was no time for thinking. I'm afraid there may be thinking in pickleball.

Good morning, all! Friday has arrived, the weekend is at hand. We remember a member of our WC2 community who has been shortlisted for a nonfiction prize, quiet days for reading and replacing toilets, pickleball, racquetball, and other related activities, and the host of things that will come to the table with us today. We gather in spirit round the Coffee Cart to sort it out, to offer support and connection, to join in community and camaraderie over coffee and tea. This morning, the Wonderbakery has provided a wonderful coffeecake for our enjoyment. The tea water is near to a boil, coffee has just finished breweing, and toe coffeecake is wonderfully warm, and the aroma is incredible. All things are ready, all are welcome. Come join in the conversations, and enjoy the company and the goodies!

Heaven's thinking is surely a racket ... at least between the ears of someone with a boat (bote) adrift there on the baey ou ... a Piero? Close to a floater on civil law in Washington ... balanced or what? May questions posed about those hating federalism and then feeling they should run it ... so one-sided!

Is the other side of a' WOKE a strange awakening to those without a clue? Anti Fae or Fa? In the fanny it follows like a hind ... hye 'n! Dian being silent as the Ephraim was quieted ... it encloses! Like a dark lass eh ... some say Kassei end ... Kassy, or Kathy? Ca Thy ... only words lonely and needing to be put out ... mental exponents ... from point ill defined!

I have met a few people who have pickleball coaches. Never tried it myself.
