Good morning! Fruitcake soaked in rum, or topped with other toppings, other dessert possibilities, lutefiske and other holiday treats and traditions, going up against a bank's policies, and having to have a beloved pet put down; these and whatever pops up today will come with us to the Coffee Cart for chat and support. There is coffee (fresh brewed) tea bags and hot chocolate (water is ready!) and doughnuts and fruitcake available. Come in as you have opportunity, and join the fun! All is ready, all are welcome,

Oh, if only we were discussing going against a beloved pet's policies and having a bank put down.

Yet in rendering we cannot accept complexity as it sucks in imaginary numbers ... so simple remains superficial! Imagine the depths ... they be dark, no?

Well, at least until we get to know a lot more of the dead linguistics ... it remains like a Dead Poet's Society!

What can come out 've ide? Ve ide is a' gap heh ... know! Isai-awe --- do something gentile and humble ... M'N is too much into conflict ... reducing the item to MU's ... mucilage? That's tacky ... serves as a binder in de cell ... implications? Of course ...

As I mentioned elsewhere, my son threw the car door open and hit the door of a truck today. I'm always on him about being careful opening doors in parking lots, and I reminded him 5 seconds before he did this, but he was getting frustrated with his seatbelt and "forgot". I left a note on the windshield of the truck with my apologies and my contact info before rushing into the store and back out again, but they were gone. I haven't gotten a call or text. I feel awful. it wasn't a big hit, but definitely a dent. Can almost surely be taken care of with paintless dent repair, which I would pay for.
As an epilogue to the story, the driver of the truck did contact me. I met him at a paintless dent repair shop in Aurora yesterday. The owner is a wizard and you couldn't even find the dent Zach made once he was done. Because I was there I got an old dent taken out of my wife's car, where the other driver didn't leave a note. Altogether it cost about what I had expected to pay for one dent.

Sometimes, doing the right thing works out for everyone.

There politicians will conflict with yah ... just because they believe we need more competition doesn't make it right and conservative! So it goes ... as klept ... where did Kay go? Tis a myth ... the Ka is with yah ... OK? That's the spirit ... sweat it over ... respire?

The banks are another federally regulated corporation that has taken on characteristics of their regulator. They are bloated and bureaucratic. On top of that, they are beholden to shareholders who expect them to generate big profits and big dividends as they always have. So you get a bureaucratic organization that is trying to placate shareholders, leading to a customer service nightmare. Bell has the same problem.

Most monster corporate concerns (chimera)! Then there is thee word "pith" which as an essence of fundamental to it ... even if the parts don't have a clue about the base! Thus the Thor spots ... really inflamed!

In Basal Vegas syndrome theis can bring down the entire beast ... the top wheels feel that this is beastly ... but complex! They'd rather simple ... and the bulk follows suite ... may have something to do with Dan's ... and thick!

Was it a good response?

Well it was an email acknowledging her complaint. The author said he would like to speak to her about her concerns. He apologized for her bad experience with the bank and also gave information about how to escalate the complaint process. Presumably she's on the phone with him now or maybe hasn't connected.

I do hope this goes through fast for you....so frustrating!

Thanks. It's crazy. We looked up the definition of probate which is essentially validating that the will is real and proper. That has been done. When my father died there was no need to go through probate. The court process before and after his death trying to get his half of the property provides validation. Sadly, this should have actually been resolved years ago before he died.

Slight update. My sister hasn't been able to connect with the guy at the bank. She did get another letter from the lawyer and has forwarded that along with another well crafted email to the man who wanted to connect with her. Allegedly. I learned (or was reminded) that there had already been a certificate of some sort which is a probate at the time of my father's death in 2021. The lawyer clearly stated probate can't happen twice.

It's like the bean counters at the bank are used to dealing with blue beans and don't know what to do with a green bean.

Latest info is that the matter has gone to the bank's lawyers. Well it has moved somewhere at least. Our lawyer is in Ontario. My father and his will were/are in Ontario. Court was in Ontario. How can this be so difficult for them to comprehend?

Good morning! For the conclusion of the dented car incident, for the frustration of dealing with banks, for other things that will come up today, we gather round the Coffee Cart for conversation, support, and community. The coffee is fresh, tea water is ready, the brownies and warm. Come in when you have a chance, and join the chats! All is ready, all are welcome.
