We had a teaser bit of rain this morning. Some parts of this province are at level five drought. Most are level four. There are five levels so this is severe. On a positive note, our geeky neighbour who follows weather put a tarp on the roof of his RV. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow.

I dug out my old tablet that I hadn't used since 2017. I thought I'd get it fixed. So far it's working fine. I'm using Chrome as the browser right now. What's my best option for a Samsung tablet?

Chrome, I would say. Though the version of Microsoft Edge for Android was pretty good, too, last I tried it. I am just finding that MS is falling back into its bad habit of trying to lock you into their ecosystem so am not using Edge outside of work these days. Brave is supposed to be better at privacy than Edge and Chrome and still uses the same browser engine so might be worth a look, too.

Worked at 10:30 this morning. Sky was still overcast and threatening at that time, so I didn't dare leave the car open. By 3:30, it was quite literally a sauna in there. There's 1/2" water in the cup holder. The towel I had put on the seat was soaked through.
 
So I will be without water for at least two weeks. Tried out the showers for staff in the hospital today. Took a while to figure out that you have to turn the level to the cold setting in order to get warm water. We keep having enough rain to keep my two water barrels topped up, so there is my toilet flush water. The neighbours outdoors tap is good to give me bathing water. So I am managing ok.
 
Good morning, and happy Saturday! For those awash with storm water (and winds), for those whose water is stopped because of structural difficulties, who need to go to the neighbours' tap, for those on vacation in Iceland and other places, for those who let rain water do some of the cleaning work, for all the rest of the topics and ideas that come up, the Coffee Cart is hear to listen. How does intrepid, integrated, eternal, ad continuum compare to the impact of dissociation on impact of two hard sides railing?

Will them be shards as in a message or Ares in a Jared situation? Global Cisterns ... only the essence will drift off as a stinking thought ... pole cats?

Expect black and white among the red and pssst 'd ... released in a squeeze? Rimming trees ... some say weal wemon ... thus MU's faintes ... ike syncope ... axis problem in the pituitary ...

Ah, busy day. Had to work, which made it six days in a row, then rescued a turtle an the way home who was crossing the road. Her shell was a good one foot long. Thankfully it was no snapping turtle, so I picked her up mid-shell. She struggled and was scared, but she was on the main highway ( which I had blocked with my car).
Then went to the local theatre to volunteer and just getting back. Tomorrow really have to get the dishes done- I had the dishwasher halfway through the program when the water was stopped.
But honestly, its not a big deal. I am so fortunate that this is happening in the summer with rain continously filling up my water barrels.
 
Good morning! Turtle rescues and home repairs, water issues and volunteering at the theatre, for all the things that come up as we start out a new week, the Coffee Cart is ready. Coffee is brewed, tea water is hot, goodies are beginning to appear. Come on in and share the atmosphere. All is ready.

Getting ready to go camping tomorrow. Bright sunshine here. House temperature was 18C this morning, the coldest it has gotten in the house in over a month. Closed windows as it is supposed to get hot this afternoon.
 
Had a funeral yesterday a sacred and obscure process for those denying death ... denial is obviously something that can overwhelm limited knowledge ...

Allows space for dark mysteries that appear to coalesce out there in the monster! The great unknown ... it too drips down as knowledge appears fluid ... can even change hands without coherence ... thus it continues on ... perhaps a literary device?

Should such alien items be known ... like device 've?
