We had very cold rain here yesterday with a few ice pellets. Today the forecast looks better.

We decided to stay home and join @GordW this morning. The church we've been part of is having a potluck today. As much as I miss church potlucks, it feels a little too peopley right now. Maybe next time.

I actually slept through church this morning. I slept a lot yesterday, stayed up too late as a consequence, and woke after 11 a.m. The cold has eased nicely, but not the congestion, and I still feel like I'm hearing everything underwater. Thanks for the coffee, Red; it's rather necessary this a.m.

One of the members of our Pub Philosophy Group is on his way to Vancouver for the Canadian Folk Singers Competition. On top of that he and another member got a grant to do a children's book on the folk music theme.

Hi ChemGal, more a case of popping in from time to time.........Since completing the Lay Preachers Course I spend a lot of time researching, preparing, delivering sermons. Out of a simple curiosity, does a sophisticated encounter with mental conditions amount to innate or extant impact?

Would this cause chaos to those expecting to resolve enigmas with pure will and disposal of reason, or rationale?

I can imagine such encounters being really insulting to some folk on a fixed ledge ... like an elf off the shelf because of a passing bunny? Down the abyss they went ... there are folks that I understand will do anything to avoid ripples and wrinkles in their domains (as a space, or room). Anyone read Marylin Lengel's propositions regarding disturbing waves?

Sometime occurs during beaching and broaching of depths ... albeit the fey continue on ... once known as Ephraim (of process). This usually is encountered in the shadows ... a weird legend fore shoe ...

Seems I am fighting now something worse. Called 911 because I couldn't breathe and found I had a collapsed lung.
The two breast cancers (23 years apart) have spread. See the main oncologist this week so will know more.
I'm on oxygen. but home.

Really sorry to hear about the spread. I hope the discussion with the oncologist this week helps at least for questions or a plan in place. Wishing you well!

Does health of the social order degrade when we favour separating the equilibrated resources from the ignored parts that appear as naivete? I'm told I am not certified to be cynical of the hierarchy ... yet they appear to be not capable of self criticism due to some unknown. Then there is that command to know thyself and someone initiated a book saying that intellect and related material is evil to their view ...

Causes one to ask about this divine thing called a divide ... as physically bifurcated ... forked? There people went differing ways ... Scott Peck on the positive and negative impulses ... one may appear as a dimple in vacant space ... a virtue unseen? Abstract in the course of the movement heard as a distant hummer ...

What do you call it when lesser powers generate stories and tomes ... my'thy? Delayed, de loins or de Loit as counting ... otherwise latent ... for patients ... some impulses will not stand for the following ... as if it was behind them! How forgetting is passed up ...

It is said the hierarchy is excellent at this passage of matter ... and it too flies as there is not other place like open space for agoraphobic type ... and mobs are prone to terror in one vector or another ... thus it gets tensor! Few can contain, circle or ban it without losing to the ban dite ... words lost and departed ... out there!
