Just came from Sobeys's and found it confusing as more things are getting scattered around the store for reason unknown ... and all this after a discussion on the nature of Eris (dissonance) and few relate this with life as very disconcerting by times so the rich can get mores ... and few understand mores and et-IHX.

I once was questioned about my use of Eris in a title (by a retired English Literature Prof.) can an amateur tell an authority much? That was my word play in the exercise of the dais in the abstract psyche ... said to be out there ... but there is no OBI ... and thus obi*Tous is denied! There are powerful polity-like people that would not stand for that ...

Chaos???? Of course it is in the buzz of the song in the tree tops ... some will not go there for fear of evolution of the monkeys ... disturbances? Of course we are mingling with real folk are we not?

I have been often labelled as unreal because of my alien understandings ... pillars down there?

PS: not meant to be a public service message ... due to the disturbance in our gnawing power ... as gn*oen!

Real folk do not really know that much as the abstract unknown as we would wish them brighter ... glowing examples in a dream and yet we still run interference with those out there gaining NU's ... much denied by those that wish you wouldn't do that ... thus the Archimedean flouters ... psyche sinkers?

Good morning, all! Happy Monday! As we gaze on photos of dog and cat getting along nicely, work our ways through changes in the friendly neighbourhood grocer, and all the other things that life's path let us gather round the teapot and coffeemaker, for times of refreshment and community. All is ready.

Change in out grocer ... what, what ... can we tolerate change or just hate it to death and thus the fix we're in?

When will they ever learn, when even some auld context says teach my children and both emotions an intellect are poorly informed fields ... sort of Wahl for challenge to the flat out ... note arise in concern about kicking the end out of the stone box ... the James item ... the bones of the myth are thus confined!

Mus calla Ture! The meat onite ... what does that mean? How should I know being so dissociated by the many hard Wahls ...

A pox on those who rearrange grocery stores for no good reason....

The store I work in was built in 1958. It's old, and it's small. Every addition we make to stock (adding more organics, for instance) necessitates re-arranging the store, sometimes rather massively.

My No Frills was built early noughties and still has the same problem. They used to have a dollar store section but yanked it in favour of the organics section.

There are big stores here and I find Superstore is awful for having 1 product in 3 different places 1 week and then another isn't in any of the 3.
Walmart doesn't really do the same thing, minus the seasonal section.
Last superstore visit I recall though was Jan 1 2020, maybe there were more up to March. I recall that one well because of recovery and a doctor's appointment that same day.

Garden center not being included in that, as that I did do last year.

Chaos is impressing someone that it is good for business ... or maybe just some kind of void, break, or other thing missing in a system designed to believe not? Thus the fallout ... logical fallacy?

We don't have a Superstore in this end of the city. We have No Frills and Loblaws from the Weston group, a Sobeys, and a Walmart with full grocery. The No Frills and Loblaws are probably 10 minutes from each other with us sort of halfway between, but we prefer No Frills. Slightly closer, has what we need from it, and is cheaper for some things than its bigger cousin. Walmart, there's a few things we only get there, but we mostly use it if we are there getting other, non-grocery stuff. Sobey's we largely ignore though I might pop in if we need one or two things and I happen to be at the Home Depot next door.

Our local Safeway in FSJ did major renovations several years back. It became a hunting adventure each time we went shopping. It was an adventure to find the items we needed. I was surprised to find I was disappointed when the renos stopped and things stayed in one place. Shopping returned to being mundane.

Today is a sunny day so fat. Most people are leaving after the rally. I'm pooped. It was a nice weekend with lots of peopling. Today will be quiet and restorative. A former coworker is coming over this evening. It will be great to see her. I was going to do laundry today. That is more likely to happen tomorrow. Or in Saskatoon.

We have a few Walmarts nearby and now a few Superstores as well as one opened last year that I think of as closer Chemguy doesn't. I figure those 2 stores are the most similar. We also have a Save On very close and a Sobeys. Superstore is the only one constantly changing where groceries are. Save On, Sobeys, COOP and Safeway (not even sure if it is a Safeway anymore) are all fairly comparable for size and layout although Sobeys is a bit different. No Frills is quite a bit further away and in a trendy area, not the suburbs. Loblaws don't exist here.

The longer you are in the store, the more you will buy. If stuff is moved, you will stay longer.
Well, unless you're like us and go in with a preplanned list that you basically don't deviate from. We are not really inclined to impulse purchasing and our goal is to fulfill our list and get the hell out of Dodge. Making us stay longer the way you describe just pisses us off rather than getting more business from us. In fact, if we can't find what's on our list because the store did something stupid in their last move, that purchase will go to another store. Then again, we are the kind of people consumer culture hates since we keep our consumption fairly moderate (mostly do our own cooking without using a lot of prepared foods, etc.) and planned.

I live within walking distance of NoFrills and Metro. Also, there are three drugstores, two bank machines, a dollar store, a liquor store and a beer store....not to mention two pot shops and two coffee shops, all within walking distance. NoFrills is my usual walk, and I buy a few things that I can balance in two hefty bags. I am also an avid points collector, and every month, I manage a minimum of $40.00 of free stuff. I take advantage of many of the points deals.

Good morning! Happy Tuesday! Suddenly I feel like going shopping... anyway, as we discuss the shopping arrangements we have developed, amd pther topics as they pop up, let us gather round the coffee cart where warm welcome and hot beverages await. Join the fun!
