Just listening to German TV. Good news. At least in Germany, consumers are more aware and are buying carbonated water in reusable bottles or make their own carbonated water. The market for water in plastic bottles has been reduced since 2019 by 25%. People avoiding plastic. When is Canada catching up?

Are trends not similar here? Soda streams seem to be fairly popular.

Can you buy pop or carbonated water in reusable ( not recyclable) glass bottles, that get send back to the factory for cleaning and refill?
VEry rarely these days. WIne Beer and Liquor commonly come in glass bottles but I see a very small percentage of soft drinks that do. Most often plastic or cans (both of which can be recycled but not in the same way as a glass bottle)

And are wine and beer bottles refilled or just recycled?
We have an olive oil store here which takes the bottles back and refills them. Also the local farmers market sells kombucha in bottles they refill ( but you clean them yourself). The cheese factory sells the milk in glass bottles- not sure about refill or recycling with them.

Durable items are out ... disposal and waste are in and that's the way we're going ... take it as you will!

After that it is done with ... like refrigerators etc that we now have no talent for fixing ... yet gelding of the common folk is popular as it was in the past! Those golden instances ... still a talent!

Good morning, world! As we discuss recycling/ reusing bottles, let us fill our virtual reusable cups and mugs with tea, coffee anbd etc., and join around the coffee cart. All is ready, there may even be peach cheesecake coming. Enjoy.

MRI is unchanged. Radiologist who wrote this report actually gave the most information I feel like though. No new information, no sizes listed, but wording to reassure nothing has changed. Ideal would be tumour reduction, but for having a lot of tumours they are quite low risk, so I'll take just sitting there, doing nothing..

I wonder if it's possible to have a shampoo that's totally hypoallergenic. Had to stop using the olive oil soap. More than a full week later and it's obvious, I became allergic to that too. Contact dermatitis is weird. Not IgE mediated, so all of these oils as foods are fine for me.

We just left Indian Head SK and on to our evening destination near Regina. We stopped in IH to pick up a pizza. It was delicious. And the man spelled my name right. He said it was the traditional way to spell it. He may have been Greek, so maybe it's a Greek version of the 20 million ways to spell my name.

Have you tried organic unscented castile soap? That's on my list, although my scalp is actually a wee bit better at present.

We're all set up near Regina in a nice community campground. We went in to town for some groceries and such. It's nice here. It seems most people have ditched their masks. It's odd after being in Ontario where masks are mandatory indoors. We're wearing ours.

After this we're heading north in the province. We'll be a couple hours from @KayTheCurler. We'll be heading there Sunday and leaving Wednesday morning. We'll be staying at friends'. It would be nice to connect if that's possible

We've been experiencing a hot summer and had 30+ temps with humidity in Fort Frances. Now it's around 11 where we are. We wore shorts today and it felt like snow could show up when we stopped in Indian Head, SK today. I'm cold. I'm wearing my sweats and hand made socks. It will be a nice temp for sleeping tonight

Good morning, happy campers! The coffee cart is up and running, help yourselves. As we discuss shampoo suggestions, chronicle westward travels, or whatever other topics arise, let us find community and support in the sharing of hot beverages.
