No, the plastic cases the grocery stores sell instead of small baskets now. Forget the size offhand. Probably 1/4 bushel or something. Mrs. M eats a few, too, if they are ripe enough. She finds hard peaches too sour but will eat sweet, ripe ones. You eat a whole case? A 1/2 bushel?
The Northern Tornadoes Project, a research group at Western, is confirming an EF0 tornado. So nothing too terrible but still not something you want happening in close proximity. One of my team sent me a tweet about a twister out near London International Airport. The tweet says it was East of the airport, our office is a couple km West of the airport (I'm working from home today, though).

Good morning! As weather continues to happen, and as travels and vacations, peaches and other topics flow like coffee and tea, let us gather round the coffee cart. All is ready. Come and enjoy.

They had an interview on the radio about electric boats ( I think it was fisher boats) as an environmental option. Does anybody here know how you get home if your battery of your electric car is empty? Can you have booster batteries like you have gas cans to get it to the next charging station?
It would be uncomfortable happening with a car, but terrifying in the middle of an ocean.
I've heard of electric trolling motors, but you usually don't use them as your primary engine. You use a standard outboard motor to get out to where you want to fish, then turn it off and use the electric (since it is quieter) to maneuver while fishing. But it wouldn't surprise if someone has full-electric boats. I would suggest that they need a replaceable battery back that be easily changed and charged. They had an interview on the radio about electric boats ( I think it was fisher boats) as an environmental option. I had forgotten how big a bushel is. It's over 35 litres! No, the plastic cases the grocery stores sell instead of small baskets now. Forget the size offhand. Probably 1/4 bushel or something.
