I hope it isn't the horrible condition of thr ocean...that comorant is feeding and dipping into Burrard Inlet, and that has icky constant industrial traffic, freighters, sulphur piles (exposed to the elements), etc

Aaand I just found out that apparently it is a fijord. Of course it is. Indian Arm is very deep -- right from the shore you are in deep water. That is where I saw that epicly huge moon jellyfish.
 
I had a lazy, restorative day today. I'm knitting socks for my brother-in-law for Christmas so got a lot done on them today. Tonight was knit night at a local pub. It's always a nice evening out. My cousin joined us today. The parkway (highway) was so wet that scuba gear was almost in order. Hopefully the rain is restoring the water tables.

For those who are dodging the plethora of illnesses and ailments this time of the year, for continuing enlightenment on bird colours and feathers, for knitting and pub evenings, for all the other stuff that comes up, we gather round the Coffee Cart to sort it all out. Thus we drop by the wayside ... leaving us to ask: "what side is the way on ward?"

How you accept such power depends on how you hold your mouth --- :-o! The silent dash to being summed up as Z'ero'ed-in upon ...

Is that out of here ... beyond Jahs ... extreme fringe? One neuroscience source declares that BPD is the word kind of depression of subduction ... then there seems to be a meaning within everything as messages have to be mute ... no talking in church! Yu might conclude something ....

Ole 've that in a stew ... and a branch for stirring ... Terre's Conspiracy as a theme ... mire chaos? Mystic alight Y! Hidden stuff evolving ... things that come up in the dark ... as conjecture or distraughtly conceived ... instants of loss? Moments of bother for Eeyore friends ... mores to love and then love gets out of hand when poorly appreciated ... when conceiving the dangers involved in that time silent ... mutation? Another AD Don ... us? Means nothing to the bulk ...

Good morning. It's dreary here today. I have a routine doctor's appointment and we'll do some errands. A book I put on hold is available at the library so that is one task. When I'm home I'll be continuing to work on a sock that's a Christmas present. It's the second sock and I'm halfway there.

Just another working day right now. Finally got the measure-up for my new countertop booked ... in the new year. Which means the counter itself won't get done until after our trip in January since we are gone most of the month. Oh well, we delayed it until it became inevitable so it is kind of our fault, I guess.

I think this is a Brandt's Cormorant - in non-breeding plumage. They have a dark coloured bill (unlike most cormorants), and often have a greenish tinge/irridescence to their feathers. In late winter/spring, watch for a beautiful blue patch under the bill & some shaggy white feathers for extra sex appeal!

I hate this as a feature of the third phase, or whatever, of life. Constant obituaries of old friends and co-workers. Today's was in his 70s, but still...

It is said we must face death as the wisdom that's on the great expanse (field) Wahl where intelligence is dispersed ... cause it wasn't desired, or desirous of being on this side as life is hostile by nature ... something had to rise as supernatural, or super egos ... thus gone ... Judean outcome as a power beyond us ... body-mind divide allowing for the term OBI as real ... there are those that d not believe there is anything other than their self because of flaming and gaslighting done to burn the adjacent self's ... thus that fire in the hole ... pithy? May require appropriate words ... when gods lower regions are on fire ... could be ambiguous, or whatever ... DOCs, or DOX? The unknown "X" must be attempted to be done ... as no one will otherwise learn as we hoard knowledge and wisdom and don't know why! It is a method of going against one's elf ... enigmatic in a word ... darkness or just abstract #'s?
 
Last night was a rough sleep night. A few things wearing on me, woke up at 3:40am, got up at 4am, finally back to sleep about 5:30 for 2hrs.

Life is complicated. it isn't wondercafe, but, i am no longer really anonymous here, and so don't feel the ability to chat about it. I miss that in a way.

I know that I cannot impact the outcome directly of the situation that is wearing on me, and I can only listen to all parties and try to be a positive voice when there is much concern. That isn't easy.

I think of others who are in similair boats, as they struggle to find their way in tough situations.

May everyone find grace.

I was awake early this morning for different reasons. Since I was awake, I decided to read my ebook. I'm reading The Magdalen Girls, about the Magdalen Laundries in Dublin. It's very good.

Hearing you. I think we sometimes have the illusion that this place is more private than it actually is.

In the early days of WC and WC2, I had someone from real life guess my identity here. She never posted on either site but followed some of the discussions.

She recognized me from my Church history and my views.
