Did you know that Theo is related to theory and how heroes and Gods were made theoretically ... from folks that were originally empty headed enough to lead an assembly that was bright enough to get behind someone dull enough to try and teach humanity from a very small baseline. That line separates us from them in the notorious cosmological reality debate ... in the unreal or abstract cosmos this can be evoked.

Realize the truly real cannot accept the abstract and thus are absolutely contained where they are at ... locked up in a book, or tome and cannot read any of the alternate texts describing other fields and Wahls as the Gentile-Judean perceived ... as hellish perception to the us party supported in MAGA fashion because of hard nature lacking empathy ... a psyche feeling that is alien to the hard-shell ... alas they don't even know of what I speak as it is beyond the myths of the harder fruits of God ... oak trees? There they believe something took flight instead of a dark dead fall in the shadows ... Gabriel with a tout?

Foul Eire ...

Seem to be mostly over my surgery. Some mild soreness where the hernia was actually located but the pain that was affecting my sleep (mostly by keeping from using my preferred side) has largely passed. I have resumed some of my lighter housework like handwashing dishes but am still supposed to avoid lifting above 5-10 lbs. until my follow up appointment.

Quiet weekend with no real plans beyond regular cleaning. Go out for lunch today, maybe.

Where my aortic valve was replaced seems to be a irritation to the gross system ... especially to the professionals that said it would be easy!

We've had a nice day today. We lazed around this morning and I got more reading done on my book. We went to a small local craft sale at the Moose Lodge then went to lunch with friends. We found a new Vietnamese restaurant that's tucked away from the road right by the marina. Very good food.

Just watched the first episode of 3rd season of NewAmsterdam on Netflix. The first five minutes almost had me in tears. Memories came back of the first two years of Covid- and though it wasn’t half as intense as it would have been in NYC, we had the same things happening- people fighting for their life in ICU, the marks on our faces and behind the ears from constantly wearing masks, the isolation from family and friends, the standing ovations by the staff for the patient who gets wheeled out the door because he made it….

Good morning! As we gather in spirit to converse over recoveries, new restaurants, craft sales, and all manner of other things, let us find support and comfort here in the Room, around the Coffee Cart. All is ready, come and join in!

It appears (maybe illusion) that many made it through the bump in time! You never know who lives and who is dead to it! Dead to what? Time of course because you cannot observe it directly ... thus indeterminate measures of one of the most critical talents! Knowing the times ...
  • Time to live
  • Time to Deis
  • Time to be quiet about some activities that the hateful don't like to hear ... thus the silence and dark! Secular life is in the mystery ... so some activities are covered!
  • Pay attention to the mystery ... you never know when it passes yah!

In the quest for political power ... how can this corrupt enlightened BS?

Lord Acton commented on this and was vastly ignored ....

Hey, it really is SUNday here. Looks lovely out. Forecast suggest it will be short-lived and that greyer, wetter weather looms during the week.

Same. And on that note, I have decided to skip church and go for a walk.

The shape shifting of Remembrance Day into Peace Sunday isn't my favorite thing. And the sun is shining out there!

I almost never miss church, unless I'm ill (rare) or it's Remembrance Day service (yearly). I'll join the ape and the beagle with the crazy hound, Lucy, for a nice Sunday walk.

Good morning. It's liquid sunshine here today. I was going to go to church this morning and decided against it. It will be a covenanting service for two ministers who serve at the other two United Churches in town so the place will be packed. I've been around a lot of people in the last couple days so so will sit on my couch and watch the service on YouTube. (Brechin United Church in Nanaimo if you want to join us. 10:30 PST)

The bonus is I get to have my feet up and knit. :)

Good morning! As a (in some places, anyway) sunny Sunday gives way to Monday, and a new day begins, the Coffee Cart opens its doors, to welcome all, inviting you to join in the conversation and support, and, of course, to drink warm beverages of all sorts. The coffee is ready, the tea water is hot, the goodies are ready. Come join in!

Monday may drag over the hump to TGIF ... check in on Tuesday ... there may be additional following or just mores aleigh rendered as Morey? More is salient??? Believe it is out there ... yet the pious say "no!"

They probably had enough of everything but still like the power of control ... phoebe has the job to get over ... frightening!

If only we knew Baeta ... thus Bates ... and rebates that come back atcha ... ithchae? Maybe a black fissure ... Scot's Gael in a stormy cloud ... nightmare! These can throw a pall over the best riders ... to be knocked off the horse ... myth of the English cha riot ... Karries on ... psyche dissonance?

Shards be with you as without pain you'll forget ... that's pathology 1000! Get some pointers ... driven as onyx, or Hebrew nailers ... laid out and scrolling ... as time goes by! Rigid labourers miss so much ... all in the dashing ... God's gam mas????

Thanks again @Redbaron. Your morning welcome is always appreciated. I'm looking forward to a week that will be at a slower pace. Not slow, but slowER. Winter tires on the two vehicles, a choir reunion meeting, a lunch date with a friend, and the usual babysitting and church secretary work. I actually have a few minutes to myself this morning and I'm already wondering what hobby I will take up! (Free time seems to be a dangerous thing for me!) I might have to break down and do housework. ugh.

"All inclusive" is that too much for a populace conditioned to the concept that brute power is best thus we worship such ideals and their indications!

Turbulence, this breaks out in the unknown ... that'd be psyche given what we know of that dark lady! Consider it communicable either way ...

Read about it inside and out ... back and forth! The dash is unreal to a bulk ... the more is said the less they understand ... yet inkiness sneaks up ...

@Nancy
Housework is on the agenda for me as well. But right now I have been mulling something over.

On the home decor sites and Reddit threads, you can see that thrifting is right on trend. Especially when it comes to vintage decor items and art. Several pieces of art are required for those gallery walls which are a thing.

At the same time, minimalism is being hyped.

So what the connection?

It occurs to me that the minimalism folks ensure a steady supply of items for the charity shops and thrift stores. And the popularity of thrifting enables those stores to jack up their prices.

Pretty clever when you think about it.

Lovely morning sunshine shifted too closely to cloudy and windy. Filled new raised bed with dirt. Next will be covering dirt with leaves and then a ground cover over that.
