Nice looking spot.
Sounds like you ...Good morning. I'm not sure what today will bring. We went to a local cidery for an enjoyable lunch yesterday. We hopped into the car to go there and it felt weird. Turns out the front right tire was flat because of a nail. Soooo park the car and switch to truck. The car tire is now at the tire shop getting repaired and we'll get it back today. Other than that, who knows what will happen today.

Raccoons are fond of hummingbird feeders too.Worked on brush and small tree removal this morning. This afternoon we will look for a hummingbird feeder that is not attractive to yellow jackets.
That’s one twisted tomato
I doubt that, I have been on waiting lists, no meet and great appointments. Neither of the doctors have stated that was an option when we had them and this doctor is planning on retiring soon.It might be for their waiting list for when some one moves away or dies.
I think it's an issue where receptionists are just making these appointments when they shouldn't be doing so. I don't know why they aren't just upfront - not taking new patients. If there's a waiting list then state so, like I did at one clinic. Then it sounds like chemguy failed the meet and greet.
We have a provincial waitlist for patients without doctors. I don’t think docs should have an option to sort the patients they are taking on, that sounds very much like going against a patient’s right for healthcare.I think it's an issue where receptionists are just making these appointments when they shouldn't be doing so. Ontario has a referral service for patients without primary care but it doesn't seem especially helpful, at least for us. It is not a formal waitlist, just does the search for an open practice for you and gives you the names. Each doctor or health team has their own waitlist and patient base. We searched the college database, asked friends (including one who's a gerontologist at the local hospital so has some connections in primary care), and then called whenever we got a lead. The guy we got seemed, in the end, to be the only one who was taking patients and I suspect that's mainly because he was still fresh out of residency and just getting started in practice. We have a provincial waitlist for patients without doctors.
