Sorry to hear that Tabitha. That smoke is a big problem for many people I think.
 
I hope your next lung function tests give more promising results Tabitha. So many people are having problems with all the smoke in the air.
 
I'm actually surprised the PFT wasn't just cancelled - seems to be kind of a useless number unless you need to show that the smoke affects you. The rain yesterday and today has washed away all the smokey smell, I drove with my windows cracked despite the rain just to clear the air in my car as much as possible. Our house is chilly and it feels wonderful :)
Did some cooking - beans, roasted beets and refrigerator pickles - I wouldn't have wanted to boil the vinegar a few days ago!
 
Thinking about you today, as always. We have a nice bright sunny day, so far not too hot. Hope that you have a good day as well and that you are able to enjoy it.

Finally some news. Had a rough month. itch and a bout of dizziness that almost left me air born.

Then of course, Ct scan with dye. Went to family doctor yesterday to have pills checked and

Because of recall of HB Pressure pills it was changed but dropped too low but

for now off the pill.

Now for some good news. The tumor has shrunk some since the last scan. Happy for this bit of good news.

I see the radiation onocologist next week, trial nurse the Respirtory specialist. Feeling so much better. Good news does this.



Now some news. my oldest grandson is finishing his PHD. His girlfriend has finished hers and got a two year position teaching at

the University in Salt Lake City, Utah. The plan is in January my grand son will write his dissertation and will move there in Sept to do

this. 2 weeks ago grandson was granted some money from University Alberta (found money lol).and he presented at the conference in

Iceland . Everything paid. They are getting married in June.


More good news of a different kind. My granddaughter lost a locket of her grandmother.

She spent two weeks looking ever where. She was at her inlaws for a bbq and she got a call from

her uncle in Vancouver. He said he had a dream and in the dream, his mother said" Tell her to look

under the deck "A few minutes later some one yelled. They found the locket under the deck on

a cross beam. Wow

Now I can't tell, I don't believe n that kind of stuff. lol.

As my little great grand

daughter said "Grandma is so funny"

I feel you all thankyou.




 
oosh! glad to hear your are feeling better with med change & the therapy having good effect on tumour. That is great news.

Fantastic - a wedding to look forward to!

And so interesting re finding the locket after hearing about the dream - curious event! A friend was telling me about her visit to a psychic/medium recently - done on a lark but turned out to be a powerful event in her life!! I think there is something to that stuff.

Thanks for the update crazyheart! Now, if we could get that smoke to dissipate I'm sure that would help you feel even better!!
