I think those newspaper articles give another data point to explain (on @Mrs.Anteater s) fine thread on Why We all Are Having Trouble Communicating?

Its no wonder, then, why millions of people have been categorized as unclean or othered? We need our sense making apparatus to help us to make sense of the world. Those who are extremely wealthy and powerful and well heeled (like places like WaPo and NYT are) are powerful sense makers and should be very careful.

If I had a wish, I would poof make them all only do Good News stories, puppies in Denmark, flowers in Florence, and its be interesting to see how that would affect the general human outlook? Ah Ha!

I have seen the stat a few times that currently 1/16 Albertans have COVID. The province stopped sharing the wastewater data at the end of July though, so hard to really have data to really know comparatively what this means right now.

I've mentioned this a few times in my writings with little response as it appears folk are not interested is the reason and wherewithal of such things. In a writing group (frequented by Retr'd Literature Profs) I was ridiculed for using such a word in a poem about peace and the alternate. They said no one ever heard of such a thing. Is that Eire in another position? Eire-'tis expanded upon ... an excellent means of hiding and covering up hated information from a type of populace ... autonomous separation?

Some ask if it is potentially true that you can separate the emotional content from the intellectual composition to see how it creates folly! Therein the sacred virtue as disturbed by you know Hoo ... Psyche in an other label as metaphorical cover? She mothers the wise dumb ... and psssst it goes off in a wraith or wisp ... sometime Serafin ... a head cloud? Nimbi chance ...

Yeah, I saw that, too. I assume the name reference the original mythology but the idea that discordianism is influential is ... oddly appealing as an explanation for the mess that is our world.

All this due to our aversion to knowledge ... given the ancient scrips that state knowledge is evil so don't sprout it as an upshot! From the grasslands ... ho Moe? That unseen eye that sees what we don't ... consequence of something departed? AB orchard ...
 
And historically, and keeping in mind rapid advances in medicine plus the advent of antibiotics, it seems to me, at the height of the pandemic (now an endemic upper respiratory virus similar in danger to the 'flu), it was lethal mainly to the at risk population (elderly, immune-suppressed) at a mortality rate slightly higher than the flu, lower than the bubonic plague, infection rate similar to the common cold (very high, particularly without masks). So, yes, these things, mortality/population, infection rates, were/can be tracked, via a variety of means. It's not a f***ing mystery. It is the evolution of disease in a world of anthropocentric anti-viral and anti-bacterial drug development. And it's a moving target of answers, so if you like one answer for every question for all time, you're sorta out of luck.
 
When we get over the concept of getting insanely rich over the information and intelligence extracted from the other (alternate) without appreciable return will we remain out of balance? We fear mental balance with a passion ... thus irrationalities extent and stress ... producing the notorious hormone ...

It is a long threaded myth ... causing a dark web ... virtue unseen!

What if people put back into the dark system in relation to the gifts received? That would set a sophisticated enigma as a BH, or BS ... SAR Chasm?

Imagine inflated heads ... Ares or Eire ... Myth OZ? Tis nothing or is there something Tu ide ... Ðe Wide as expansive psyche ... left in a vapour ... across the ... Shenandoah? Chez Nan ... flighty ...

I was just musing on, esp since we have stopped keeping track of a lot of data, we will never really know

(the one case where a global IoT with nonvoluntary sensors keeping track of everything I see myself being for)

but prolly estimate well enuf so as to plan etc?
