Good Christmas morning to you all.

An update: "Seasons", which is a grief counselling group for children where our daughter attends, sent presents for our family. This is something they do for families on their first Christmas without their child. The gifts are donated by local businesses. Mom got some warm lounge pants, a couple of tops, scented soaps, and pants for snowshoeing. Dad got jeans, a couple of sweaters, and a coat that doesn't look like it belongs on a ski hill for a change. Claire got so many craft supplies she'll still be using them on her doctoral thesis, some toys, and....a karaoke machine. I am in for multiple years worth of "Let it go".

I thought some of you would enjoy that.

Good thing is, I can still sound-proof the basement ceiling.
