I've always wanted to sport a fancy moustache or beard. My dad, who was affectionately called "Troll" had quite the long, white beard - reaching down to his bellybutton. My brother, Dr. Rae, has a nice collegial beard. Alas, all I've ever been able to grow is shadowy fuzz. I've decided to compensate by wearing pansies.

It's summer here for sure. Forecasted 30s for 4-5 days in a row, and with the sun it's been getting like that in my yard when the forecast is in the mid 20s. Quite a hot spring for here, and it looks like summer is to follow.

To stay with the Metric system, Canada really should be using Kelvin instead of 'Fahrenheit lite', Celsius (anyone here remember calling it Centigrade?)

K to C or vice versa is at least easy to convert between. F not so much - at least not in my head.
