I really hope it's that easy, but I'm not confident. I had a specialist years ago say not to get them out unless it was really necessary - and then not by a dentist, but a surgeon. My current ENT was for delaying it as long as possible too. Genetics doesn't appear to be on my side with this either. At least there is no distance if there are issues - I will be in the hospital and I'm hoping everything will be done as requested now.Ok I had 2 wisdom teeth removed. One at a time. I went back to work after the first one-at the Health Unit. The nurses sent me home. I threw up. A stitch came out. was back at the dentist and all was well the stitch wasn't needed-the throw up turned out to be the flu. Next tooth-a friend was in town, so after having the tooth out I spent the rest of the day on horseback-a glorius ride with a wad of cotton in my mouth. No use going to work as they'd send me home but I felt fine and just drank (milkshakes/smoothies) my next 2 meals.
