this is a mixture from dried nut milk pulp that I made into flour - I think it was almonds, cashews,and hazelnutsSounds kind of nutty to me.
What kind of nuts?
I use whatever I have on hand - and I like most nuts...next batch of flour will have macadamia in it too2 out 3 ain't bad. Not a hazelnut fan but like the other two.
You're missing out...they are great salted and eaten by the handful or in chocolates...they are a nice creamy touch to nut milks...I've used them before to make a nut "cheese" spreadI have only ever had macadamia nuts in baking like cookies.
Oh...I have to put these in a recipe book??!?!!?!?!? Most are on scraps of paper so I have no idea where the recipe came from or are ones I've made up based on other recipes. And you don't need to go vegan - you could just add some of these to your dietIf I ever go vegan, I am so stealing your recipe book @BethAnne.
