Downpour before I could get the blankets off this morning, but all is well.

I’ve biked a total of 178.5 kms this year o_O That is almost the distance to Airdrie, AB (definitely past Crossfield) – WOW! June was more inconsistent than I remembered (guess I was sicker than I thought) but I have not missed a day in the last 9 weeks!!!

Have not been on my bike since last Sunday as a result of a bad back. Maybe by next weekend. 178.5 is a good total BethAnne and hopefully you go past 200 before the snow flies.

I plan on getting out today and touring a good part of Fredericton North ... alas plans have gone astray much in past days as chores intervene ... easy to get in 20 Km on the fine walking trails on old rail beds ... gets one away from the hills of NB's ups and downs ...

Didn't freeze LAST night! But, I think I better pick the tomatoes and peppers today as we're just not getting enough sun for them now

Uncle just asked if I was going to get a stationary bike for winter biking - nope, I'll come up with another activity

I use a stationary in the off season and the only advantage is that it is in front of the TV.
