excited. Just bought tickets to Stratford for "Waiting for Godot" -- going with a friend, and then, The Hobbit -- taking my granddaughters and my friend is taking hers -- there will be 7 of us: 2 grandma's, a 5 yr old, 3 7 yr olds, and a 9 year old. They have all loved each stratford production they have gone to

I

I made my sister read Gone with the Wind, when she was 12, and told her if she finished it, we would sit down and watch the movie together. She loved the book as did I.

On the Beach woke me up.
A couple of my grands devoured Watership Down as did I. As a kid I enjoyed A Christmas Carol and The Tale of Two Cities.. How about the Grapes of Wrath? Something about Nellie Bly? Who Has Seen the Wind is enjoyed by many, as are Jake and the Kid stories.

I forgot about those ones! Great suggestions.

Don't you just love introducing kids to the arts!

Good Sunday morning! Home repairs, melting chocolate hints, good books for young readers, contributions to the snacks table, and all that will come up today, shapes our conversations at the Coffee Cart, where we chat, support, and connect. The baker has provided waffles and various toppings for us to enjoy. The tea is ready, coffee freshbrewed, and waffles are warm and soft. All is ready, everybody welcome! Come join in the fun!

Darker waffles may hint at waffling for fear of the unseen ... GO dot ... a point in deeper spaces? It is about that which we swirl ... in preparation for getting tro' wit? Admit it life is a peculiar experience compared to all else ... everything even! Hard to grasp???

Ina physical sphere of mental and spiritual spheres ... which is transparent and what is occult ... and are there other spheres?

Is that ab haul ... or hawl? Leaves some housing, settling in ...

I'm headed out for a surprise breakfast date with my oldest son. Those waffles look tempting though!

Whould chocolate whipped cream darken the cloud, leading to lights out ... just as Ra'Bate ... the item that comes back for mores ... but can't recall the former activity? Mind blowing events? Imagine such abstractions ...

Thus vocations as we have to work it ... some don't work at all even at knowing what goes on around them ... environmental collapse? Thus it goes down ... beyond a great deal of accrued hubris ... name as Cis comes back at yah ... from behind the wall ... Rahab? Thus bitch u at ion ... ions being wee radicals ... rogue gnomes? No mad's ... just Dunn ... gone !

Ever read the myth of Hellen Dunn? Some declared her cursed ... with visions ... some very distasteful ... ugly?

If anyone is looking for a waffle recipe, look up "Good Night Waffles".

Honestly, the recipe came with an old waffle maker. We've been through three waffle makers since. These are a staple of ski season for us.

Yes, you start the night before. Yes, that's fine.

Is it all downhill from that high?

Is there room for more competition so the thing can build to a bad blow ... and fire ships ... they drive across the obscure dark sky ... out there and isolated while some pious decrees declare the church controls everything and thus avarice is birthed ... mortal expansion is doomed by unseen limits on behaviour patterns ... character development? Thus the "i" popped up ... in reverse a "j" thus the back-up bird ... Hamilton had one too, alas Hamilton was shot ... and "ham" remains a smoking number ... really it is a word! Sometimes used to denigrate a burned pig ... like there was nothing to burning the style of overturning the dirt ... sometimes there's truffles! Avarice is nothing to trifle with ... it can bite you where you are tenderest!

Can you really observe where the pig bit? They can demolish a plantation ... consider what Chainsaw Dunlap accomplished in SUNBEAM! A House denial ...

Good Monday morning to all! Thanks to P3 for the vanilla ice cream, and to Chansen for another waffle recipe we'll have to try! We gather round the Coffee Cart after the weekend, to catch up with each other, support, and connect, over coffee and tea, and the Baker's always-delectable production. Today there is a lovely apple crisp, which will be wonderful with the ice cream from yesterday. Tea is ready, coffee is freshbrewed, and the crisp is warm from the oven. All is ready; and everybody is welcome. Come join the fun!

The recipe I use for making whole wheat bread in my bread machine goest back at least one bread machine, maybe more. And the recipe I use for pancakes is from a cookbook put out by the UCW in my family church c. 30-35 years ago. Basic stuff doesn't really change much, eh. I've never had a waffle iron myself. Mom had one but it could be converted to a sandwich toaster and got used more for that (I had a thing for toasted cheese sandwichs back in the day).

Somehow, we now have 3 between the three places, though we never do waffles at home for some reason. 4 if I ever get around to repairing an old one and it works again.

One was bought by mistake. Don't ask.

i'm so glad that there is ice cream left from the waffles for putting on top of the warm apple crisp.

So delicious.
