To whoever called the City on me about my less than perfect grass, and some weeds. I hope you lose someone, get depressed, and someone does the same to you. It's particularly hard right now because my hands are so damaged by 18 months of hand sanitizer and disinfectant.

And today, I got a couple of hours of help from my friend, my neighbour's Mom (who used to live with her daughter, and goes to my church), who had a sudden invite to dog sit her granddog, so with her help, the rose garden is 90% weeded and ready to newspaper, manure and mulch. There's one or two that might not make it, but they're hardier than people think. Dave's tree is nicely centred, there's a new lavender plant at the front, and I've torn out a metric ton of lamb's ear, that messy, pretty perennial with the tall purple flower stalk. Now, do any of my gardening friends know anything about Myke? I have an almost full container of "tree and shrub" Myke, and I can't imagine why I couldn't use it to plant other things, particularly perennials (it's one particular underground fungus). I've sent a message to them, but haven't heard back. I have a handsome new white echinacea to plant, near my "pollinator garden" (milkweed and bee balm), and don't want to hurt it, but would love to foster its growth.

Is it a string trimmer? I hate those things. I run out of string, can never find the right one again, and I can't rewind it properly.
It is a string trimmer. I find the spools last quite a while - I buy them in pkg of 3 spools - I maybe go through 1 spool a year - so the challenge is just remembering where I put the others! LOL Haven't had to rewind, so can't comment on that.

I have one and somehow ended with two big rolls of spare line. Probably mislaid one then found it after buying a replacement. Yeah, winding the spool is a pain. Fortunately, if I load it with as much line as it will take, that generally lasts me a season.
Mine just has spools that get replaced - no rewinding or loading required! I actually had no idea some required this.

I also can't imagine why you couldn't use your Myke on other plants - I suspect the differentiating factor is the marketing & the colour of the tub it comes in, rather than the substance of the contents! I will ask on the Master Gardener's fb group ... they're usually pretty quick with responses.

Good morning! Happy Monday! The coffee cart is ready to go! Enjoy

Sometimes Myke is short for Michael the angel of light that spied her sacred love dancing in the alleys ... and she flamed! Greely wrote a grand novel on that topic ... Angel Fire!

May spark an abstract when reading all alone and a great love for that buried in a story .... recalling that the virtue cannot be told! It goes against a winning desire ... thus humbling! From there we descend .. or as one poet stated ... m'n go down to the Ci ... flushed by that great dark river! There are seasons for it ... like when placing anima up against animus ... a conflict going on all in your psyche! Psyche being debatable as many deny such existentialism ... thus non-existence? Its out there waiting ... the great zero dimension is patient and goes around like sarcasm ... sar being an old word for the head person ... and chasm just being a hole! It is what is expected of ordinary people by powerful supervision ... thus naivete is taught ... may cause stress conditions in the stretch ... tensors of life?

Where does this crap come from? I don't know either but it seems like an argument for a psychic fecund hole ... the human cesspool? Maybe a magi swamp like at the mouth of a Nile ism? Alexandria ... a sinker! Ripe for goings on ... and yet others are seized at the cognate ... (toby continued)

You know those times when you see something and think - what the bleep? It happens fairly frequently on FB.
Today I read a post that included the letters THEIY'R'RE pretending to be a word. Apparently the guy couldn't quite recall the correct version and struggled between their, they're and there and decided to just use all the required letters.

I could actually see doing something like that myself when using a laggy keyboard.

Good morning, all! As we goggle at Facebook's way of fostering 'creative spelling', let us remember that the language is always in flux. Be that as it may, yes, it is jarring to see the misuse of English spreading. I can see the confusion with 'to, too, and two'; what really gets me, though is the confusion between 'loose' and 'lose'.

Oh well, let us lay aside the grammar lessons, and indulge in tea or coffee or other hot drinks. The coffee cart is up and running. Help yourself.

The rules of grammar can really mess up what a supply teacher taught me in grade school about phonetic reading being the best way to raise adequate sounds ... it is a hex to those following protocol ... due to transliteration over the years ... a big thing that happened across time ...

Yet, you're not supposed to tell about it to preserve the king's Spin as English ... and then vernacular enters the stage! OCH chit ...

Good morning. We had a wonderfully leisurely start to the day. We're only travelling about 3 hours today and tomorrow. We'll be in London tomorrow. It's nice to be leisurely when we could make it to London today.

Feeling better now about Chemguy's trip further north. Sometimes he just doesn't tell me everything, especially when I'm feeling unwell to keep my stress lower Not that I'm excessively worried, just uneasy. This time around though we just hadn't had the chance to talk much.
Turns out the company that he's going up there for still has a mask policy in place, the people who he is meeting with know my situation and even asked if he wanted to do the meeting on a patio or something outside. The meeting room they use is large though, so masks & distancing indoors, plus the people who will be there are much more likely to be vaccinated than some of the others he works with. I wish all companies were keeping in similar practices, at least until we see how things goes a few months into 'open for summer'.

Remember all the peoplle in the fore ... and accompanied by those that will be against and thus not all are ssatisfied at the same time ... until they see the entire system fall due to lack of cooperation in a world that defines competition as the only way to stave off civil associations ... as a gathering of thoughts!

And you know what thought, thought ... "there's something missing?" Many were left agape at our innate enemies ... the exchange raged on as ka*rise*maw!

Omega being silent and at rest ... M being belly up ...

Some say it is just word and still we can't talk our way through enigmas like the rush for power ... until the dust settles ... psyche is like that in a turn around ...

Good morning, all! We've made it to midweek. As we think of travel, and give thanks for companies that still observe mask-and-social distance, let us gather round the coffee cart, where hot beverages of all kinds (and maybe even some donuts will magically appear!) are waiting.

Good morning. We will be in our final destination today. Tomorrow may be a vegging day. I'm starting slowly today. Food and coffee ought to help

How long do you plan to stay in s. Ontario?

We'll be at that park until August 11. Then we plan to be in Haliburton area then head west. We have to be in Kelowna September 1

Be prepared to use your AC. Not too hot here (28-29 tops) but very muggy these days.

We're noticing that. It was muggy in Sudbury and is here in Barrie area too. The 45 degree weather in Kelowna has given us perspective that is helping.
