Ah yes! You mentioned the dexterity issue. I think you can get some with texturized finger tips which helps slightly despite the lack of feel. May be worthwhile even just to give your hands a break every now and then.Yeah, the gloves we can take any number of, for free, are not nitrile.
And I did have co-worker give me a pair of her stash to try one day. Wyrd to clean, really decreased my ability to grab and scan. So, when you go shopping, look for "me" sanitizing my belts like crazy, and my hands every time I touch cash, a gift card, or pack groceries.
I think grocery stores should really be offering nitrile gloves to any workers with hand eczema psoriasis etc. roght now. Should actually have them on hand always for bad flares of employees during normal times too.Yeah. I only work 2-3 shifts a week, but if schedulers pay no attention from week to week, I can end up with 4 days in a row. I've just ended 3 days, working again tomorrow, and my hands are saying, WTF do you think you're doing. Every nail is trimmed to the quick...
My knuckles are irritated and peeling without even doing much to irritate them, using meds, etc. So I get you, not always possible to prevent it/make it go away. The work situation probably creates problems even for people who were skin condition free prior!I think you might have a point. I'm doing my best, but some of my nail beds are a really irritated red and the eczema on my right palm is getting worse (and that eczema on "thicker skin" like palms and soles, is harder to deal with.
