Do they need to know? It will be one of the approved for 2 doses (not the most recent approved one)
The 2 recently approved ones are 2 dose vaccines as well. So all 4 are 2 dose vaccines. J&J may be approved soon, that is 1 dose, Health Canada is currently reviewing.

I know we got an information sheet for the Pfizer one that asked if you were allergic to - I forgot the name of the component , but supposedly its in lotions and shampoos and such and in the PEG stuff that you get in the hospital to move your bowels. Someone else told me one of the other ones is not recommended for people with shellfish allergy. That’s not an uncommon allergy. How do you check with your doctor if you don’t know what you are getting?
The Moderna and Pfizer are pretty similar, if allergic to a component in either good to speak to a doctor. Neither one contains shellfish, early on there just seemed to be a bit of a higher tendency of allergic reactions to those who had shellfish reactions. Not unusual for someone to have multiple allergies
Deliveries aren't made yet with the AstraZeneca/Covishield when that's ready I would hope people are informated in advance which it is.

One of the issues here I see is they still haven't announced who fits in within 2B for medical conditions - and that would preclude them from the AstraZeneca/Covidshield (for now anyway). They don't have a list of conditions either that aren't necessarily high risk but can't be included for 'healthy adult'. So like those who could book starting March 10 - who is excluded from doing so? Asthma, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc? What is 'healthy'?

Does it list those ingredients at least?
No, it didn’t. It didn’t even say which ones they were getting, how would it list the ingredients. It leaves the legwork to the resident. Potentially, people will get more information once they register. We got our vaccination through work, so they had registered us, and the info came in the email with the appointment.

Having said that, maybe considering that the kind of vaccine might change depending when you register for it, it makes sense not to overload the 90 year olds with too much information on all the vaccines, but rather on the one they are signing up for.

Seriously?
No, sarcastically. But she apparently feels compelled to come in every damned day, challenge whatever poor person is at the door offering her a mask with a different medical exemption every day (it was the skin on her neck yesterday), strolling around the store, ignoring arrows, distancing guidelines and making everyone uncomfortable, then selecting a cashier who she is sure won't refuse to serve her (because I won't, and neither will most mature cashiers, and the store admin and head cashier have both told me that we can call one of them, or the owner, to serve her if she comes to our lane) and breathing all over them, leaning around the barriers, etc. She's a recalcitrant unpleasant bitch, and were she related to me, a slap upside the head might just happen.

Owner should just ban her from the store and then call the cops on trespassing grounds if she shows up. Just pushes the problem to another store, though, I guess. Wonder what she did to make people angry and miserable pre-COVID because she sounds like that type who just gets off on pushing others' buttons.

I can tell you, because I am peripherally acquainted with her. Self-publish colourful flyers full of conspiracy theories, and try to force other people to i) take them and then ii) engage with her about them. She calls herself "The [something] Beast", and has a website, as well, apparently.

And I've suggested that owner just ban her, but he's a nice guy with a soft-ish backbone. She doesn't steal from him, and that's really all that makes him mad.

She sounds totally obnoxious.
aftr all this time, when I see someone ignoring the arrows on the aisle I am annoyed. It’s not rocket science. Follow the f...ing arrows moron

I find it's getting worse with time. Yesterday, I went down one aisle and was the only one following the arrows. And there was a guy wandering around with his mask below his nose.

Actually, depends where it is. In a "normal" layout, yeah. However, downtown LCBO is a very odd little store. And I'm not joking that there is no way to get beer, a VQA red and a Chilean red without circling the store about three times.
