Little M served us his chicken parmesan for dinner. He learned it from a video by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Delicious. I have had chicken parm before but never seen it made. Might try it myself sometime.

We make the skinnytaste one fairly often. Simple recipe, tastes good and no big mess from frying as it's all in the oven. I think it calls to use something like Pam spray, we don't even bother with that.

Yes, I second that. I think that’s what kids need to grow, at least boys. Being away on their own. Plus that additional ripening of their frontal lobe....
 
Wonderful to see how some offspring are picking up and developing life skills, like cooking. All that good food is a nice accompaniment to well-made coffee and tea (which are now ready)

I have finished my morning reflection on the Mark thread and am off to do the Sudoku puzzles in the paper.
We get three of them on Sunday so I might be back later for more coffee.
 
Yum good coffee and good pancakes. I'll sit in this comfy chair by the window and work on my sweater. I'm enjoying it. The break though long, helped the interest return

Good morning. I can't believe we have the TV on so early today. Life is becoming more slothful. I'm making good progress on a sweater for my husband though, so I'm not a total sloth. We're thinking of connecting with my sister today. We can visit safely on her deck. The weather seems to be suitable for that.
 
Me not at all, because I work, and the shifts are completely different every week (except I'm supposed to be clear Tues evening, Wednesday and Sunday morning). Outside of that, it could be anything, and presently "7 a.m. to 8 a.m. senior's hour" is a hot item. Not for this senior, and I'm doing it twice this week...
